I stop here a couple times a year on my way through Vandalia. I tried to stop here tonight at about 9:15 pm and was told they were closed when they're supposed to be open until 10. If it had been really close to that I would have understood, but this was 45 minutes before closing. Service gets three stars because I've never had a problem before, but tonight was one star service.
Amazing service, Curtis is a legend, a beast, a myth. An army of men would die overseas to cement his legacy and to be tallymarks etched underneath a single tile on the floor of his bathroom. Curtis, I love you.
The Dairy Queen in Vandalia, MO is always a great place to eat. Their cheeseburgers, tenderloin sandwiches and the chicken strip basket are all delicious. The service is great and all of their workers are very friendly.
