Most of the time food is good but kind of a crap shot

Went here for breakfast every day for 5 years. Food was good, the atmosphere was amazing, and the service... well, it had it's ups and downs. I'm really gonna miss this place. Horrible that it was hit by the tornado.

This is the most ridiculous establishment I have ever visited in I believe my whole 32 years of existence. First of all I’m not sure if your marketing team for Burger King in general is stupid or just your employees at this location are stupid but when something says it’s INCLUDED, it should be included. For example the churro fries that INCLUDE chocolate dipping sauce. Absolutely should not be charged extra for that. And the duo, don’t advertise it as something, ask what we want, and then provide a different meal and then say well that’s what’s it included. Why even ask what we want?

Pulled up to the dive through and sat there for a while, no one ever acknowledged there was someone in line. The whole place is empty. Had to go inside to place my order and there is only one person working. Food was good though!

Came through the drive through at 10am to get my kids lunch before preschool and was cut off in the middle of my order and told to pull around. When I tried to say I wasn’t finished with my order they ignored me through the speaker. So I pulled into a parking space and came in to finish the order and was greeted by the manager Gabby saying “ you should have stayed in your car” I continued to finish the order and she began to mock me, repeating what I was saying to imply she heard me saying all of it through the speaker in the first place. I asked “are you the manager? You’re being very rude.” She smiled and said “yes I am, now you can leave, without your food, have a blessed day.” Would not come back to this specific location and would not recommend for a quick bite!

We were there on Sunday 9/1/2024. Went through the drive through and they messed up my sandwich which was no big deal. I drove back around and reordered but the manager and employees were out back visiting with friends. When I drove around to the window the manager come running from outside to inform me she was not a manager but THE GENERAL MANAGER and it was her day off but she had to be there. She screamed at us and walked away. We were in total shock. We did eventually get the right food and they were all able to go back to their friends in the parking lot. I know good help can be hard to find but the GENERAL MANAGER should set an example and she was the worst of them all.

IF I COULD RATE LOWER I WOULD. Cannot take an order to save their lives, incapable of entering an order correctly, horrible wait times after order has been paid for is unbelievable, by the time we got our food the food was cold and is often inedible because of this. The staff is either untrained how to do their job properly or they are genuinely incompetent. ZERO customer service skills whatsoever.
