My friend and I went in to the Applebee's in Warrenton and ordered trio appetizer- onion rings, honey BBQ boneless wings and wonton tacos, and bacon cheddar chicken sandwich with fries. The chicken sandwich and fries came out which was delicious. Our waitress was the sweetest and stopped by several times to say the trio should be out soon. She finally comes to tell us the new cook had no idea to make the trio. So the cook decided to not make it. So the manager was making it now. We finally get the trio, onion rings are burnt, the boneless wings had buffalo sauce on them and the tacos consisted of the chicken in the wonton, no sauce or slaw. The waitress brings those items to build our own. Are you kidding me! The waitress did no wrong. We did get the honey bbq wings finally. But the manager made the wrong items and sent out the order like that. They did comp us for the trio. The manager never came to our table to apologize for our inconvenience. I will not return! Great waitress, horrible management.

Although the bartender was great. She made me feel so comfortable. As the same experience I had at pizza hut . The next day I felt like a bonfire had been set in my stomach. I didn't feel good the whole next day. I had 2 margaritas that were amazing.

I placed an order through DoorDash for chicken fettuccine with broccoli. I barely have any noodles compared to what I usually get and my broccoli is not cooked at all.

I did car side tonight around 5:30. The lady who brought my food out to my car was so sweet and friendly. She definitely made me want to come back again. She deserves to be recognized for her service.

I have been going to applebees in warrenton for a number of years. Tonight's experience was not okay. I had a gift card for 15 dollars on it and when I gave it to the waitress she came back and said I had 5.39 on the card. I just used the card last week and know I had 15 on it. Secondly, my father is a veteran and he ordered a meal that was not a special promotin and when I asked about his veterans discount the waitress said that she could not run the ticket again. My ticket just had an amount on it and not an itemized statement therefore I don't understand why it couldn't of been re-done. The explanation I got was that since a person in the group had done one of the 2 for meals that no discount could be given. Once again my father did not do the special. I did not tip as much because i figured they already got me for about 13 dollars. FWIW this is the first review I have ever done on anything. I am not one that bash places unless it is warranted.

Every time I go there to pick up an order the order comes out right on time every time an employees are great

Stopped in for a burger fries for lunch. Places order for a tea and my bacon cheese burger. Told Waitress wanted everything on it. About 5-6 minutes later she came back saying cook could not read her writing asking what I ordered again. close to 10 minutes later my burger was dropped off. During this watched her come back with order for table next to mine. Was wrong soup she tried asking if would like this instead. Anyway my burger finally showed up No bacon No Cheese. Did get all other stuff on it. By this point i just wanted east and go. She came by one asked if needed any napkins. Didn't bother ask if like more tea. Did ask about this when got back with napkins warranting another 5 minute wait. Finished my meal waited for waitress come back with check. Which she dropped off and left. I had intended paying with car luckily i had the cash on hand dropped it on table told hostess i left money with check to let waitress know. Takes Applebee's off my list places eat when out on errands at lunch

The all you can eat was great I loved the chicken tenders the service was alittle lacking but it was their first week there
