Horrible chicken sandwich. Manager did not care after telling them.

Mary was an excellent waitress

Place was understaffed. We waited 15 min for a server. Place was dirty, glasses and silverware. The tables and booths were sticky. Salad I ordered was more the hard heart of the lettuce than a garden salad. No refills offered.

Exactly what you'd expect from an Applebee's, although the waitress and manager were too level.

Shame on Applebee's for having one server run the whole floor. Disappointed with the food quality but never had a chance to speak to the server about it.

Not bad, great service not a standard bar crowd. Good thing Sometimes.

Our server on Easter was Amy B. She was so sweet and super attentive! She immediately got our drinks right after sitting down, was nice, polite and sociable to my daughter and made her feel really welcome. She helped explain the menu and offer suggestions to my mom so she wasn't overwhelmed with choices and was easy to strike conversations with. She was very detailed and asked all the right questions so our meals were made exactly to our liking. She was really on top of asking if we needed drinks or anymore napkins or anything. If you go I super suggest the one in Warrenton and ask for Amy as your Server! She'll give you a great experience. 10/10. Good was also good. Fresh, hot, made quickly, and high quality. 7.5/10 just because I tried a new burger I wasn't a fan of but other than that it was great!

We sat on the bench for 20 minutes without the hostess acknowledging or greeting us. They looked at us and watched us sit down. Groups walked in right after us and were seated right away. We stood up thinking the hostess/waitress with AirPods in would notice, but she walked around us to help the people behind us. We finally left and took our family of 4 somewhere else to eat. Might be a good training opportunity to not have staff walking around with headphones in - especially on busy Friday nights.

Ordered 3 steak dinners, medium, 1 was rare, 1 was medium rare, and 1 was well done. The potatoes were Lukewarm.

Steak was cooked how I like it!

I arrived w my party of 4 & one child, it's a Sunday afternoon at 208p, the restaurant was not busy at all yet we were not greeted or acknowledged for 15mins. It's now 230p & we just received our drinks. I sent the hostess to find our waitress, still waited another 5mins until the waitress arrived, stating no one told her she had a table, I told her That's untrue bc the hostess said she informed her. This is completely unacceptable.

I called to place a to-go order at 10:40 p.m. the server answering the phone with name was Shawna and she said that they are no longer taking orders due to the kitchen close at 10:30 which I know this is incorrect cuz I have been there dining in past 10:30 before 11:00 and still being able to order some food

Arrived at Applebee’s. Said there was a 15 minute wait. There was a couple in front of us. More couples were arriving.. at different times.. each one was told a 15 minute wait.
At this point there are about 8 couples waiting.
All for 15 minutes mind you…
Then another couple walks in and is magically seated. When I asked the hostess.. I was given major attitude and it wasn’t HER fault… well… it wasn’t my fault. So the 15 minutes turned into about 25… we left.
I call up there to explain it to the manager….
Why we left and what happened..
Apologies and we will send you a $15 gift certificate to get us to come back.
Fast forward to now… no gift certificate and another phone call….
We don’t know what is going on I am told.
Listen.. it’s not about the certificate..
It’s about people actually doing their job and being held accountable. So now what???
Now they have lost loyal customers….
So sorry.. people need to actually do their jobs and what they say…

Food was good and the restrooms clean

Went there on New Years for New Years eve and to watch the College football game. Applebee's should probably just close at this point. I will never be back.
