9$ for the worst breakfast sandwich ive ever had. Ordered biscuit but they ran out and had to get crisont. Smallest sandwich ive ever had and definitely one of the nastiest. Also did I mention it took over 20 minutes to get our food. If I could give less than 1 star I would.

Okay so this BK is a 50/50 chance of hitting every thing perfectly or missing it completely, so that’s why I’m gonna leave a 3 star review.
The reason I’m taking one star away, is I’ve noticed sometimes when me and my lady come through they either mess up our order with wrong toppings or the grease ain’t changed and some fry food comes out burnt and not the best taste, take 30 mins to get an simple order out (even when it’s not busy at all) or they don’t acknowledge people who are waiting in line at the front or the order is done and they are focused on other things instead of up front (like today I noticed a family walked out because they didn’t acknowledge them or myself for 5-10 mins)
For the second star I’m taking away, it’s just because they need more staff and they should improve on maybe having an manager on staff to help keep the employees focused on the back and manager focusing on helping the front with to go orders and possible communication of wait times.
Besides my review above , this ain’t a bad Burger King .. its Burger King so can’t expect 5 star food and service always , but I hope to see some improvement… did make my day that I heard an employee having fun in the back making burgers.. love and respect hearing some positivity in the workplace!

I'm giving one employee a 5 stars to one employee. I don't eat there, just Doordash. Dustin is top notch. He's the only one there sometimes in the morning and is always professional and keeps it together. Greets regular customer by name, even in the drive thru

Morning time and early afternoon is a great time to go if you go for dinner and go through the drive-thru even if you only have two people ahead of you expect to be there for at least 20 minutes we went through this three times in a week before we quit going there for dinner
June 20,2025 I went through drive thru to order two whopper’s on sale of 2@$500. Also two medium fries and a medium chocolate shake when I finally got to the window. It took about 25 minutes before I had gotten to the window with about 4-5 cars ahead of me. I know before inside the store I had been able to receive diet dr. Pepper but they had no longer available. So I canceled drinks at drive thru. I was irritated for waiting in line but was understanding and polite that businesses get busy. But when I had gotten home with my order not only was it cold it was two chicken sandwiches and two fries instead. I drank milk shake on way home but similar to chocolate milk instead. I am truly disappointed with this store compared to the past. Even taking my name at ordering time there still was a bad order. I seen one jeep leave the waiting line and could have messed up orders but they had my name when ordering. Management is out of control and busy or not this was totally unnecessary. It was around 9 pm Friday evening. Katherine Murray. PS. Last time I order Burger King!

Holy cow. It took 15 minutes in the drive thru with 2 cars in front. No worries but the breakfast sandwich was the worst thing I have ever tried to eat. Omg! Cold hashbrowns and microwave sandwich to absolutely trash. Never ever again! Don't go.
