When I pulled up to the window for my order the female turned someone else's blizzard upside down. She then gave me a bag, I thought it was my food but it was my blizzard. They had my blizzard already made then showed me someone else's thats fresh to trick me. When I opened my blizzard it was obvious that it was not fresh.

Unfortunately, my complaint does not reflect the restaurant, but the factories that are in foristell next to Warrenton.
They diffuse so much stink that it was cooked into our meal, and it tasted horrible.
Is seeping into the restaurant and then into the food, it is served, and people are to eat it.
Makes the company look really bad, as a resident I have made complaints, now it has hit our restaurants.
I would recommend highly this be turned in to the appropriate authorities.
You are not even too grow food near base factories much less serve it, it is very dangerous.

Lately every time we come here, our food is either messed up or missing things. Tonight was no different. instead of getting us our food right, there was an employee outside cleaning the side of the building with a tooth brush(????) and the other employees standing around pointing at him laughing.

I'm sorry, but I would have quit right there!

That being said, we get home, open out food. no queso for the pretzels, no ranch on the backyard bacon burger, no toast and gravy in our chicken strip box, my sons burger was not supposed to have pickles (it did) the fries were cold and maybe like 10 fries total. this time was definitely the worst experience of all. the employees (teenagers) have no business working the front if they are going to have attitude when someone is ordering.

My husband went to pick up a 4 piece chicken basket, double cheese burger, no ketchup, flamethrower, and onion rings. Well, he got home there was no double cheese burger! And there was no toast with my chicken basket, now he had to wait for the order, ok! And they got it wrong, so I called them and told them the ticket time said 6:05pm when the order went iWe live on hwy U 7 miles. I got there, my fries were cold, and the chicken was cold, all they did if give me the toast and the double cheese burger and I said no ketchup! I asked if they going to give me fresh hot chicken and fries? NO by now it's going on 8pm. I said so will you reimbursement for the gas? 👎 NO so they mess up and I get shafted, so I get home pissed off not hungry 😤 😒 anymore but figured I eat the double cheese NO damn thing had ketchup on it 😡😠🤬

Pretty good spot. Never had any issues with orders or food quality. For a quick bite, this place is at the top of the list.

Come here weekly to but fixes of dilly bars. Foods ok, the service was just ok. A lot of kids working there and kinda rude.

So this Dairy Queen I haven't had any major issues with. All my experiences except the last 2 my orders have been right when ordering through the mobile app which is how I order. The restaurant is clean and the workers are nice here. My order is usually ready by the time I get there from Wright City. With that being said my last 2 orders I ordered a triple flamethrower and subsequently both of those two orders I received a double. I didn't not receive in those two instances what I had actually pay for. The first time this happened I just dismissed it because everyone makes mistakes but 2 times in a row I'm then paying for something I'm not receiving. I don't know what the price difference is between the double and triple meal but I feel as if I've just been donating extra money to Dairy Queen at this point. Other than the last two times I've ordered this Dairy Queen has been great since I've been going there for the last 5 years and is one of the better fast food restaurants in the Warrenton area.

Food was fresh and service was fast. Better experience than any other fast food places in the area.
