we stopped by for lunch and Cassy was our server she was very nice and polite she even helped my husband who uses a walker sit in his chair. Which he appreciated very much. she was a very good server.. the food was amazing we had the bourbon chicken will come back

not sure what has happened at this restaurant but the night shift service is horrible our waitress was running around like she tweaking and yelling at absolutely NO ONE we asked the other server for refills (tall blond haired bigger girl) she completely ignored us then proceeded to sit down with this older man talking she was still sitting when we left along with the manager...something needs to be done until then we wont return!!! who wants someone on drugs waiting on them and yelling off into space or to be completely ignored by the other one

When you are out on the road for long hours you want to be able to sit down and eat a good meal. Well THIS is not the place to eat at all our server Kayin H. Started off alright we ordered our dinner with 2 soups we asked for the soup first ( loaded baked potato soup) he comes back amd asked if we wanted our soup first we said yes please. Needless to say he was walking around doing nothing then he was picking at his pants on his butt which is not good at all. He comes out with our soups with his hands over the top of them acting like they are hot took one bite it was cold and nasty oh and it came out with our dinner. My husband ordered the T bone dinner I got the fish dinner everything was cold to the touch. I have waited tables for 20 years and have eaten at some nasty places this is one I recommend staying away from. When he brought the check he made the comment that he took it off and walked to the kitchen and stated to the cooks supposedly the soup is cold !!!!! I'm sorry if it's not for the guests they would have a job. Once he took the soup never saw him again his other table never saw him either. This is one place that needs some serious training on how to serve hot food and customer service. We will not ever eat in here again.. There was only 4 tables including us in this place and they wonder why they don't make any money. Ms Rose was a sweet heart that was the only thing that was good here. Sad yall don't know how to take care of people in a truck stop we got better service and food from pilot. Wasn't worth the 52.00 we spent

I wish there were more stars to give! Abby was amazing and my taste buds were having a party! Sirloin cooked just as I wanted and by the far the best milkshakes in town! I read some of the other reviews and was shocked I couldn't find a negative thing to say I'll be back tomorrow

my server seemed completely unprofessional and distracted throughout the entire meal. i believe the receipt said her name was jenn. It was obvious that she was not in a clear state of mind, which made the whole experience uncomfortable. she took a long time to take our order and kept forgetting parts of it, causing unnecessary delays. When the food finally arrived, it was quite good. which made the service even more frustrating she barely checked in with us or made any effort to ensure everything was okay. It's frustrating to pay for a meal and receive such poor service. I hope management addresses this because it really affects the overall dining experience.

Holy cow! I have not been to this Dennys in years. I now remember why. It was bad then, worse now. The server is quite literally tweaking out on d r u g s. I’m pretty sure her name is jen she is not sober at work and that’s sad. our drinks took over ten minutes and we’re the only table. WOW. Won’t come back.
