Told me go around front will bring food out, took so long thought they forgot me. Two people went through drive up, and I was still wating on food. Got out and knocked on door.

They are supposed to be open at 6 a.m. I got there at 7:30 a.m. and they said they still were not open yet because they showed up late and had just got there that is ridiculous.

I thought it all changed with newer people but we just experienced very rude customer service. My daughter was simply asking the lady a question and then we were completely ignored.

I went through the drive-thru just to grab a meal for dinner. The price is about average for what fast food cost nowadays but it was hot and fresh and correct and quick so that's all anybody can really ask for

I ordered 2 chicken sandwiches and 2 large curly fries. It took almost 10 minutes for my food, the fried were cold and hard and chicken on sandwich was barely warm.

Dinning room closed, drive thru only, I found a different place to get my food, everybody's vehicles don't fit in drive thrus.

The main lobby was closed and only drive through was open. We asked the employee and they said it was due to employees not showing up. Hope they wont close up!

Just stopped by on our way home from St.Louis. Didn't get the gentleman's name but he was LITERALLY the only worker in the building. I work in the industry and cannot imagine the level of stress and yet this guy was so polite and kind. He deserves all the praise in the world! 🙌 Employees of that caliber are a rare find! Fantastic job!

Sat in drive thru over 15 minutes no one even acknowledged our existence went inside instead everyone just stared at us blankly again no one said anything or offered help or said we will be right with you so after a few minutes just left won't come back

Waited in drive through 10 mins before even getting to place an order, then waited another 30 before finally having to go inside to check my order to be told they had only just started making it somehow. After waiting longer I was brought not all off my food. When I went inside to correct it I was given the wrong items. Cannot understand how you mess up every single part of a drive thru experience but I do not appreciate having my time wasted on my commute home to such a wild degree.

Went through drive through during overnight shift at about 10pm. Ordered 28 tacos. The crew was rude and resentful. They only gave us 12 tacos had to go back up there to get the others. They wouldn't remake anything they just gave me the ones I was missing so the original 12 got cold. I even asked for 8 no sauce and they still messed that up. When I asked for sauce cups they through a fit about that as well. The service was exceptionally horrible. The manners of the staff were that of people who didnt want to be there and didnt care about the customers. The store was dirty and unclean. I wouldn't recommend going back.
