Our orders came out fast! We stopped here on the way home from camp. Lovely workers and great service, clean and no mistakes. Very accommodating to our chatty loud group of teenagers. Thank you!

Ordered McDonalds breakfast, granted it was 10:20, and went up to go get it. I wait in the lobby for about 20 minutes, only to be told the items were no longer available now. They had said it would cancel on my app and I would be refunded automatically. Its 11 am at this point and I'm headed home. I get on my app and see it in fact did not cancel, and now it won't let me because it says they started the order. I called McDonalds to ask if they could cancel it on their end and now they say no, and I have to go back up there to get my refund. Horrible experience. I've worked fast food, I get it, it sucks when people order breakfast late but I still did it. I've been a manager. They can do better. That's all there is to it.

When I walked into the restaurant there was a foul smell. It smelled burnt and I lost my appetite then and there. I got a quarter pounder and it was dry and burnt. The ketchup didn’t even save the dryness. The fries were dry and had no taste. They forgot my coffee with my order. Kudos to the janitor on the floor he was cleaning like a pro. Atleast someone takes their job seriously. I wish I got his name he deserves a raise.

Use to be good place to go for a quick bite to eat. Not nomore 40 minutes to get food and then order wasn't right 3 times.

Every single time I order here, it’s like spinning the Wheel of Misfortune. Will I get my food? Will it be my food? Will it resemble food at all? Who knows — that’s the magic.
I’ve lived out here for years, patiently believing things would improve. Growth. Progress. Hope. Instead, today I was blessed with a messed-up order and Sierra, a “manager” whose attitude suggested I personally ruined her day by existing.
At this point, it’s impressive. Consistency matters — and this place is consistently wrong.
Congratulations, Warrenton McDonald’s. You’ve done the impossible. I am now a Wendy’s man. Please tell the Frosty I said hello.

The boss Ash is very rude to his employees. For someone who wears the shirt, he cannot play the manager role correctly. Jodi, Amber, and a few other managers are very ignorant to coworkers and customers. They all act like they are sweet when really they are just trying to put on a show. The place has roaches in the ice cream machine if you shine your camera light to it, the Frappee machine has roaches climbing all over it and there's ants in the sweet teas, when they see roaches on the machines all they do is put it in the freezer. There's a article going viral about this place.

First recieved drinks. Mine was nothing but pure carbonation. Then recieved our food. Husband's budget and thw box it came in were SOAKED in grease. Food WAS NOT good at all. Husband went to wash his hands and an employee was in there smoking weed. Only good thing about this place was the employee that was washing tables. He was pleasant and very clearly took pride in his work. Too bad everything else overshadowed that.

I have been a new member of the community for about a week, and I’ve been here a total of 3 times. If anyone is curious, at this location this is how it works: 1) if you want your food at any reasonable time, you MUST be in the drive through. Those are the only people that do not need to repeatedly remind service about their order over the course of 30 minutes. However, you aren’t safe using the drive through method, that only holds them accountable for time. 2) if you use the drive through, do not even pull away from the window without fully inspecting your bag. Orders are irrelevant at this McDonald’s and you get whatever food thrown in whatever bag. 3) if you dare to use any of their available features, such as mobile ordering and curbside pick up, be prepared to go inside after 30 minutes of waiting. 4) ordering something that is available on the menu is irrelevant, if they don’t feel like making it because it’s too late for them, it’s not happening. 5) If you ask on the status of your order and something isn’t available, they will not tell you that, and instead allow you to wait another 10 minutes for food that isn’t even available.

Anyway, if there happens to be anyone else new to the area, wright city is worth the drive.

In the drive through before close, and actually by policy, fryers couldn’t be “off” before CLOSE. Lazy employees.

They never can ever get your order correct through the drive-thru you're always missing something

Almost every time income here my order gets messed up. They either forget to put bacon on my burger, or tomato on the deluxe chicken. Please somebody open up another McDonald's in Warrenton and show this place how to make food correctly. This happens 8 out of 10 times. Maybe I should learn my lesson and stop eating here. Here's a picture of my sandwich with a receipt saying bacon and no pickles. There is no bacon and they added pickles!

I grimaced when my burger and fries were cold...I felt like a clown when I realized they also left out the sauce.
