Solid Pizza Hut, have only ordered pick-up but it's been good every time. I think they should re-do the interior to be just like it was in the 80's. They don't need to do much, just change to the old-school shades, add a sit-down video game and offer a lunch buffet. I'd go.

Got wings from here and they was absolutely terrible outside was tough don’t get me wrong. I love a crispy outside, especially on a boneless swing, but this was like it was cooked yesterday and the back deep fried the inside was like an overcooked Thanksgiving turkey. It was horrible. Would really like a refund

We couldn't make an online order due to some specials we wanted. It ended up being too complicated, so we decided to call the number listed. I guess it went to a universal call center or something because we couldn't understand the person in order to give our order. We waited on hold for about a half an hour after telling the lady that we couldn't understand her and she was also cutting out. Finally, we hung up and called Dominoes. It's extremely difficult and frustrating to have to order like that.

I don't know what these other people are talking about, this is the best Pizza Hut! The pizza looks like it does in the commercials and taste even better. The employees are always super nice, and our order came is super fast every time.

Incompetent. I can see from other reviews the exact same issue has happened to other people. We got 2 pizzas that had 2/3 with literally no cheese. One of the pizzas we had actually paid for extra cheese. The manager told us they would give us a credit for the next order to replace the pizzas. 2 weeks later we call to get the replacement pizzas and they said we are only showing a $10 credit. I told her no- we had been told it was a full credit, I would not agree to a $10 credit. The manager told me on the phone she would take care of it when we came to pick up the order. My husband picked up the order and they INSISTED we owed $10 of the $28 order. We were literally told 20 minutes prior that it would be no charge. NEVER AGAIN. It is not worth the terrible quality, the lying managers, or the headache. Go anywhere else.

The manager and whole team there went above and beyond to get us a pizza stolen by a Doordasher. Helped make a rotten day a lot better.

This place is so incompetent! We will never be back and I'm surprised they're even still open! We hadn't ordered for quite awhile because this pizza hut always has issues, but decided to try again and ordered the box deal last month.... That was a mistake. All toppings fell off, cheese wasn't on top, not near enough sauce, cut ridiculously. Wasn't even satisfying in the least, especially for what we paid. The manager that night was very nice and gave us a $30 credit (though still not what we spent) Fast forward to tonight... The person answering the phone was absolutely clueless and didn't understand anything. Couldn't even answer a simple question. The manager came to the phone and was very rude and not helpful at all.... She also insisted we only had a $20 credit. I don't know who hired any of those people working tonight's shift, but they need to be fired!! They can keep that credit!! Did not order and never will again! I'm sure this one won't last much longer......

I paid extra to have a cheese stuffed crust pizza and a ultimate pepperoni pizza with bacon got home and the pepperoni pizza had no bacon a normal to low amount of pepperoni and my stuffed crust pizza wasn’t stuffed when I called to get it sorted out the best they could do was $5 off my next order so I guess that means I have to come back and spend more money for someone who didn’t even fix my issue if I want anything “resolved” The most annoying part is just that we came from out of town and ordered these things special made and we can’t do anything about it really

Wow, let me just say I am blown away. So tried to place an online order and card orders option was not working, so called this place, a random lady answered like she was home with kids and dogs in the background and was completely unprofessional, she ended up hanging up on my wife who was still just trying to order pizza, so I called back and got some other random fella, he seemed nice but when I asked if he was present at the actual store “he said he would have to transfer me” 😂, what a joke. Pizza Hut will be the next major franchise to close up shop. Called dominos and got an actual nice lady who was in the store to answer phone. They showed up 30mins later with fantastic pizza and friendly. This Pizza Hut along with many others I would assume is going into the tank. Good luck with any future orders everyone, they don’t even care that they are losing business.

Pizza was ok, would have been good but 1/3 of pizza didn't have any cheese. Biggest complaint is I ordered a marinate sauce and only about an ounce Like 1/5 what it used to be
