Never in my life have I ever been so insulted by a product from any place of buisness ive ever been to. Don't order a fruit n ice unless you want to pay 7 dollars for literally a cup of ice that's a different color. What a world we live in. Baffled by this one.

Waited in a line around the building only to receive a messed up the coffee, once again. The Warrenton, MO location is one of the worse on the weekends. Whenever a flavored coffee is ordered, it is excepted flavor would be had. None.

We ordered three peanut butter cup shakes and an apple caramel sparkling drink, and all of them had issues. When the shakes came out they didn't have any chocolate flavor at all and had to be remade, though we were assured that there was chocolate in them. They didn't add any caramel to the apple caramel sparkling drink, though we didn't realize that until we were on the road again.
We also asked for a small glass of water and were given a large glass of water and charged 1.09. I can understand charging for a cup, but that seemed excessive.
I'm not sure if they had undertrained staff or if they were just trying to control costs to the point it affected the drinks. I can't recommend this particular Scooter's, though they're normally good.

Ordered a strawberry a red bull infusion with strawberry cold foam received some kind of blended drink that they said was strawberry, but was yellow. Ask for them to make what I ordered, which was a $9.75 drink. They again gave me a drink with no strawberry at all.. This order was to survive a 12 hour overnight shift. I guess it's time to find a new coffee shop

This is NOT a coffee shop, it's a drink shop. You cannot order different sourced coffees or roasts. No. Guatemalan, or Ethiopian, or Blue Mountain coffees here. They have one coffee blend & they use it in everything. So it's all about the ADDITIONS to their coffee, and every addition seems to have CRAZY amounts of sugar in them. My biggest complaint is that in three separate visits I couldn't find a drink I liked that wasn't overwhelmingly sweet.
