Ordered a chicken dipper. The other subways split the bowl of chicken between the foot long dipper. This subway gave me like 4 pieces of the cubed chicken that she ripped apart. Even the other employee question her about that. They didnt use the entire bowl of chicken like the other subways do. I wont order another from this store.

I just had a very bad experience at Subway. They bend the bitter guacamole. They have very bad customer service. They do not accept returns for their bad, disgusting food. I recommend not coming to eat at this Subway restaurant located in Warrenton, Missouri.
While yes, this location does NOT accept coupons because THEY ARE NOT A CORPORATE STORE (if you want to use a coupon go to a Corp store not a franchise). This should NOT be a reason to NOT go there.
As far as other reviews of they didn't give me 'x' when I ordered 'x', Maybe you should pay attention to what ACTUALLY comes on a cold cut combo.
In regards to 'they have a shield' yeah that shield is part of the refrigeration system they use in their stations...ANYONE who has worked ANY FASTFOOD or PIZZA in the last 20 years knows this.
Food has always be great when we go, Never had a rude employee (distracted or maybe overwhelmed by amount of orders sure...how dare they get overwhelmed and be human ?)
Atmosphere, I mean it's not a sit and be served restaurant so that's a weird thing to rate.
Overall, people need to stop being rude and be realistic in expectations of a HEALTHY fast food alternative with numerous high school staff.
If you want nicer, go to a sit down restaurant and PAY WAY MORE
If you want to be cheap and use coupons, go make your own sandwich at home!

It’s 65 degrees outside and apparently everyone went home because it’s too hot. Terrible way to run a business.

Ordered two identical sandwiches online. Showed up before they were made. Employee couldn’t follow basic instructions or apparently couldn’t read the ticket. I had to keep telling him he forgot toppings and he couldn’t listen to common sense instructions on how I wanted my sandwiches made. After 4 attempts to try to explain basic sandwich making skills to him I gave up, took my sandwiches home and remade them myself. Also another employee kept spraying cleaner on tables including the one I was sitting at while I was waiting. I will not be returning to the warrenton MO subway location.
I was very disappointed that they stopped taking the subway coupons...so I spent more & got less. Guess I'll have to go-to Wright City to use coupons. ?

I usually look forward to my visits to Subway for a quick and healthy meal option. However, my last visit was rather disappointing. The staff’s demeanor was unexpectedly unprofessional and discourteous, which was quite surprising given Subway’s reputation for customer service. Additionally, I encountered issues when trying to use valid coupons that were not honored at this location. I have never been to a store, gas station, etc that didnt honor cupons. This not only caused inconvenience since my sandwich was already made and thought it would be rude of me to tell them I didnt want the sandwich anymore. This also led to an unsatisfactory experience overall.
I can not begin to imagine the reasoning for refusal to honor corporate promotions. These promotions are designed by corporate entities. I doubt they designed them to bankrupt the business.

I never leave reviews, but the service at Subway is always bad, to the point that I can't not say anything. Subway is getting stingier and stingier, and it's not at all locations. This particular location likes to put less meat on the sandwich than what is supposed to be on it. There wasn't even any salami on my cold cut combo, and they now have a metal shield up in front of the meat, so you can't even see what they're putting on your sub. They are extremely stingy with toppings and look at you like you're crazy when you ask for more. From now on, I will be taking my business to Firehouse, Jimmy John's, or Jersey Mike's, as they are far superior.

was told they do NOT honor coupons sent out in the mail because they are franchised and that is their option! The place was VERY dirty and that will be our last purchase there!
