Every time we order here, the food is sloppy messy and never the way it was ordered.I waited over 10 minutes and it was not as ordered. We use the drive thru.

Try the dragon fruit freeze! Yum!!! We used to not be able to stomach this taco bell but now it's our favorite. The main, evening cashier, is always so kind and trying to make someone's day better. Going above and beyond, making a connection. Whoever is in the kitchen is doing a great job getting orders right a made perfectly. Nice to see a team working well here. We don't mind the wait times for some fire a** food.

Hey, how about when you close an hour before your posted 2 am, MAYBE SHUT DOWN YOUR DRIVE THRU AND TURN OFF SOME LIGHTS before people sit there for 10 minutes before being told. Automated system still on and everything, further leading to believe still open.

Tried the new ordering kiosk and we are disappointed. Sat for 20 minutes while multiple people came and went, asked about our order to find out they couldn't find it. Five workers onsite and we could only see two working. We were ignored and then assured we'd be taken care of only to wait another 15 minutes. Then they burnt my food and had to remake it. Poor service and system is not working properly. ðŸ˜ðŸ˜ðŸ˜

Terrible customer service at the drive thru window. Young lady who was working the window forgot a lot of the food I ordered through the mobile app, and when I politely told her I was missing a couple of items she rolls her eyes and reluctantly gave me the missing items. The food was not put together well, and did not taste good. I will not be returning to this location.

Store is disgusting. The floors, the tables, behind the counter. Filthy. Looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in months. Had to stand at counter 10 mins before anyone even acknowledged me.

Have had issues here several times, probably won’t be returning again. Came in and ordered two quesadillas. Walked up to the counter and waited five minutes to ask for drink cups. Two employees made eye contact and ignored me, one of which was carrying two stacks of cups anyways. A lady came to the counter with my food, and practically dropped it trying to avoid any interaction whatsoever. Quesadillas were lukewarm and not cut at all, tacos were cold, and one drink came out the wrong size. Not a single person here looks or sounds like they care. This is almost inedible, save your money, get food elsewhere.

The service is terrible at this location. You wait in the drive through for 30 mins in most occasions and the employees are rude. If you goin in at night, after 9pm, employees and management are just hanging out in the parking lot. The food is never made correctly and when you try to get someone to fix it nobody is in the store. Also this location is on a 4 lane highway and it’s no easy access to go from the drive through and back around the building.
