Terrible experience, used drive through once arrived home to feed the family we found we were missing several items and the items we did get were very poorly made.. I had to drive back there to get the missing items then return home and eat my cold soggy rackets because they had now been sitting for 20 minutes. This Taco Bell locations always lacks food quality and service. We will drive a little farther from now on we we are craving some Taco Bell. Why is every taco bell how the longest drive Thur line'
This is supposed to be a crunch wrap supreme. When I called the guy that answered was rude. He said I could get a refund with my receipt. When I told him I didn't get one he accused me of lying. I've never been desperate enough to try to con Taco bell for food. I'll be calling the gm in the morning.

Employees sleeping in the dining area while on break, the whole crew went on break while I was there. They piled into a van and smoked, came back to work high and arguing with each other.
This Taco Bell was fine but it had a funny vibe of being kind of odd. Everything was fine and I didn't have any problems, but the counter seemed kind of dark and said you could only use cash, not cards. It was kind of non-welcoming for that part. I'm sure the place is totally fine and it seemed like it had a lot of business with everyone being happy.

We ordered through the taco bell app but it seems to never fail that we are always missing an item or two. The food usually taste fine though. Except for the fact that my "Nacho Fries" Had NO seasoning at all. It's a little aggravating bc how do you forget to season nacho fries.
