Stole my debt card by not giving it back caught it two minutes after driving off so I called them to tell them I'm omw to come get it told me they don't have it and can't check cameras til the morning? I use to work at a fast food restaurant and know that's false. I'm waiting for a call back from the district manager and will be pressing full charges on the person that took it.

Ordered a spicy chicken sandwich it had to be 7 hours old it was crusty and hard, also ordered a double hamburger and that was delicious, so I had a 50, 50 trance on having decent food and walked out alive so I'm satisfied LOL

I walked in and the guy behind the counter went to the back. I figured he’d be back soon, so I wanted. The three people working the drive thru looked at me several times but never spoke or asked if I wanted to order. The guy didn’t come back, so I left.
Wanted to splurge and get something sweet but when I received the cinnamon pull-a-parts, they were burnt and tough. I couldn’t even cut them with a knife. Very disappointed.

I love their food, but it is what it is. What I mean by that is, Wendy's is my favorite of all the fast food restaurants in my area (McD's, Jack in the Box, BK, QD, Taco Bell, Pizza Hut, Domino's, Imos, Papa John's) but they're still fast food. The best fast food will never be as good as a meal made to order with fresh ingredients. That said, their food is amazing, their service is quick, their building and lot are always clean and very modern looking. Also, their staff are almost always courteous, and only on rare occasions will there be a grumpy or rude employee, but that can happen anywhere. P.S. I also like their variety of items to choose from.
