We happened upon this place as we drove through town after a soccer game. We had 4 hungry teenagers and 2 adults and we all enjoyed our experience so much. I'm a firm believer that good service & personal interactions are the key to a good restaurant and our waitress was a pro at both. The food was delicious & the service was top notch. We will definitely stop again when we are passing through.

We go there every couple of months for their divine ribs. Tater salad, slaw, baked beans are the best. We’ve been to many bbq places all over missouri and have been disappointed at most of them. HillTop BBQ is our favorite, hands down (on our plate!!). Great casual, homey, friendly atmosphere. Clean, small & cozy. Good portions fill you up. Several bbq restaurants have come & gone in Warsaw over many years but this one keeps on going strong! Bbq is a big topic with widely-held opinions about types & styles. This place has staying power and that speaks for itself. The others are long gone, and that says alot, too!!
Parking: It’s a gravel/dirt lot, spaces are pick-a-spot(no lines). Very casual.
Wheelchair accessibility: Pretty basic. They moved chairs so our Uncle could sit up to the table. This is an old building so it doesn’t have the fancy ramps, etc(not needed). It gets crowded at mealtimes.
Small portions. Food was cold forgotten order. Had to go back up there to get it. Bad service

My husband and I went there over the weekend. It was hands down the best bbq we have ever had!! The portions are huge and the sides were just as good. The service was amazing, prices are great, I even picked up a sweet tee shirt on the way out. I highly recommend this place.
