To the franchise of this McDonald's I would kindly appreciate it if your staff would follow the instructions when an order is placed. I am ALLERGIC to onions. I make sure when I do place and order that I make it clear no ONIONS.... NO sliver NO diced onions.
It's not because I don't want them ITS BECAUSE OF AN ALLERGIC REACTION I WILL HAVE IF CONSUMED.... why is it every time I order I get onions every dam time. And complaining at this point if useless to the store indirectly.
Are your people trained, do the go to through a food safety course, has anyone been through serve safe classes. Are they trained that they could make someone seriously sick or possible death if something is consumed that can not be consumed. It sad that simple instructions can not be followed,
This issue seriously needs to be addressed, your employees not wanting to follow a simple instructions could cost you and your company.

The employees here are actually really good. They take the time to get to know you. It’s not like other McDonald’s that I’ve been to. I’ve been doing DoorDash here and they get to know the drivers and they also get to know their customers and that’s what I like about this place.

Took an hour to receive a breakfast burrito and egg mcmuffin that came out cold. After waiting for about 30 minutes went and asked about my order, manager then proceeded to get angry about me asking saying “you can refund or wait your turn”. Then after proceeded to make her own employee cry by rushing and blaming her as the sole reason for orders not being produced at an effective rate. While mind you the manager was not helping at all besides bossing the rest of the crew around, and giving attitude to those customers who requested refunds as there were multiple customers complaining of waiting for 45+ minutes for simple orders. Overall a terribly managed McDonalds.

The same super slow service as always. If you go through the drive thru expect to spend 30 minutes here. It generally takes at least 10 minutes to get all the way through the drive thru and then they tell you to park where you will wait another 10+ minutes for your food. I work construction so I've been to a lot of McDonald's in a lot of different towns. This is by far the slowest and worst ran McDonald's in at least a 90 mile radius

Horrible rude unprofessional people with mouths that run and no brains should not be in customer service at all
Ordered in the drive through and was told to pull up and park to wait for food. There were probably 10 other cars parked waiting for their food. We waited for 25 minutes until I finally went inside and got an attitude for the woman I asked about my order. There were bags of orders just sitting there, so I'm not sure why we waited so long or what the point of making everyone pull up and park is when you're not serving them in order or in a timely fashion. This place is awful.

By far the worst location i have experienced. The resteraunt was filthy, like nobody had cleaned all week. I had to clean off my own table to eat at. There was a 35 minute wait time for a happy meal and 2 value sandwiches, just to receive cold food that I had to go ask for. The employees clearly don't care. The managers just stand around and chat with the employees about non-work related garbage. And twice in my 35 minute wait, I watched 2 managers go outside together and do nothing, we could all see them through the dining room windows, just chatting.

Ordered kids meal 6 pc chicken nugget and extra fries for my granddaughter and received a 4 pc and barely a handful of fries.
