Why did McDonald’s change their burrito sauce. The sauce they have now is nasty for their Burritos. They put too much salt on their hamburgers. You can’t hardly eat them. And what happened to the McRib sauce? Something has changed it doesn’t taste the same.

Are you kidding me!.. at 630 a.m it took 5 full minutes to get 2 orders of hash browns. But that isn't the big issue. They wreaked of fish! Either they fried them in the same oil or the same fryer without cleaning that they used Saturday Night. YUK!

Service sucks. They pull you forward to wait on fries wait 20 min and fries were cold and soggy. I would advise going to a set down restaurant get better quality of food and probably faster

Never been to Warsaw before. Just stopped at this McDonald's on our way through, got bad vibes as soon as we pulled up to the pay window and looked inside. Looked dirty, the manager popped up to the cash register and looked like she had not washed or brushed her hair in a week, looked like a rats nest I'm not even kidding. Was very concerned about the cleanliness and safety of the food being prepared here and decided to just leave. That's the first and last time we will ever stop at this mcdonalds. Have a little pride in your self, clean your self up and this establishment. Not to mention we stopped in to the bathroom before hand and there was blood all over the toilet seat! Dried up, so it had been there awhile. Didn't want to risk my family getting sick by eating here. I expect more from McDonalds.

My Big Mac and Hamburger were both picture perfect and could have been used in an advertisement. The food was fresh and the right temperature. The hamburger was for my chihuahua and the Big Mac for me. We both loved them. Whoever made them took pride in their work. The girl at the window was nice and complimented me on my shirt. In the past it has been hit and miss with this restaurant, so I hadn't been there in awhile. I will go more often since I am local, and they seem to have got better help.

This McDonalds is THE WORST. They have the rudest slowest staff. I had to go in 3x after ordering thru the drive thru and waiting 15 minutes i still had to go back in 3x and deal with rude staff. This is my regular mcdonalds if this continues i will be getting names of people working and start reporting every single time. We have ONE mcdonalds in this town we deserve fresh food and smiling faces.

This place doesn’t know how to give god service nor food, theeir food is cold and stale. I got a cheeseburger and 2 mcchickens and they were hard and sloppy. I personally don’t recommend going here unless you want cold food and a pound of salt on your fries.

Drive thru I guess is a bigger priority than dine it. Ordered at 7:04pm. Waited 30 min. In that time they probably served over 20 cars through drive thru. And only 2 orders inside. And they had a crew member walk right by us about a dozen times taking orders to cars in drive thru. So it’s not like they accidentally forgot us. And they don’t change their oil. Because the hot fries did not taste good at all. Or they cook them with the fish. Would give zero stars if I could.
