Was there last night after a day of fishing. The young man that waited on us was very nice and friendly. He had a slight slur in his voice, wish I had his name he needs a raise great employee. Also some of the best onion rings I've had at a sonic. If I lived in the area I would for sure stop here more often.
I want to give a shout out to Dustin, the GM of this location. He was able to deescalate a very heated and loud issue that we had with the night manager who accused us of stealing. Dustin was called to review the CCTV and acknowledged that we in fact did not receive our food. The manner in which he spoke to us was sincere and apologetic and he quickly resolved the issue and was able to turn our attitude towards the entire situation around. Great location, fast & friendly service with a drive through even. Food was fresh and hot definitely has a great atmosphere and I would highly recommend this location for anyone. They definitely have pride when it comes to their store location here.
