How about a glove change when you touch trash, oven doors, knives, and then put vegetables on my sandwich. G R O S S
In all honesty have been liven out here around this subway for 2 years now and every single time I eat here I get super sick two my belly seems two be only this location also went in last night and the two working complained about there job the entire time I was in the store and just keep telling me sorry I'm not complaining about you. In all honesty I don't care who your complaing about save it for when your off work and don't do it in front of your customers whoever was working at 8:30pm
Thursday may 2nd was ridiculous.
Honest take - Subway in Warsaw, MO is my quick lunch go-to when I'm outdoorsing around Lake of the Ozarks!
Pros:
* Staff knows me by face now - friendly folks in this small town!
* Bread's always fresh and veggies are crisp - exactly what I order for
* In and out in under 10 minutes - perfect for grabbing food before a fishing trip
Cons:
* Seats only a handful of people - mostly just grab my sandwich and head out
* Prices seem a bit higher than other Subways I've hit up on road trips
Still, convenient and reliable - would definitely stop again!
It was the most horrible subway I have ever been to. The first time I went there they were completely out of almost everything at 5:30 pm. They close at 8:00 pm. Okay, well, sometimes that can happen. You know if they had been busy before. Went there the next day, hoping they had tuna and this time at 5:00 pm they had no bread. None what so ever. I went back a few days later. Same thing 6:00 and again they had no bread. I could not fathom that this place is still open if this is how they do business. I love Subway, and it is infuriating that now the only way to get subs is to go to Clinton or Sedalia, both of which are nearly 30 miles away.
Customer service was excellent ! Clean place ,good place to eat !
Ordered thru app, paid. Waited 20 minutes as instructed, went thru drive thru. I was the only one in line. 2 cars in the parking lot. Got to window and never acknowledged. So I opened the window and said yoo-hoo. A very flustered girl told me it would be 20-30 min more- for a sandwich??!! I cancelled my order. Probably won't go back. We need a Jimmy John's in Warsaw .
They couldn't even get 3 sandwich correct and two of the three were the same. None of the sandwich came with Mayo like asked. The sandwich I asked to be toast wasn't. They act like the are busy even with zero customers besides myself. The attitudes of employees are the worst. Avoid this subway in Warsaw!!!!
This Subway location has terrible service. My order was wrong, and the drive-thru staff doesn’t even wear headsets, making communication frustrating. You have to wait forever at the window, and when they finally show up, they have a terrible attitude, give dirty looks, and act like you’re the problem—even when you follow the ordering steps correctly at the speaker. I work in customer service, and this is not how it’s supposed to be.
Worker named Adam was incredibly helpful. I forgot to ask him to use separate gloves when preparing my sandwiches, since my wife hates the Ghost pepper, but he made sure to swap his gloves anyway without me asking because he was following policy. Amazing service, just pretty annoyed at these new Drive-thru rules, don't know what animal came up with that LMAO, anything to save labor.

They never answer the phone I've call multiple times the past couple day and they just don't pick up highly irritating
Staff acted they did not care, nor was helpful. They had 3 lady’s working. Only one in the front and 6 people in line, then one lady ordered 12 sandwhiches. The ice machine up front was out and when asked if they had ice in the back I was told they didn’t have time to fill it nor could help me at the moment to get ice.
Ok, the food was good but a but thrown together. So hear me out, I know I am getting old(er) so the people working these types of jobs are going to seem like children now. I started working at a subway when I was around their age, I know how it is. But when a child/teen is working and being trained, they should be trained by an adult, or at least someone who knows what they are doing. There was a teen, training a teen, they were the only people in the store, and neither of them knew what they were doing with the subway rewards, and what should have only cost me $17 ended up costing me $35 because they didn't know what they were doing. I tried to calmly walk them through it(since I know the system) and was told that I didn't know what I was doing/talking about by a rude young lady..... I was literally a manager at a subway less than 6 months ago(I left because of an injury) and had been with the same comany for almost 20 years. But I didn't say anything. If they are going to have children/teens working, then they need to be trained properly. Also, the tea was so old it was sour.
