Worker named Adam was incredibly helpful. I forgot to ask him to use separate gloves when preparing my sandwiches, since my wife hates the Ghost pepper, but he made sure to swap his gloves anyway without me asking because he was following policy. Amazing service, just pretty annoyed at these new Drive-thru rules, don't know what animal came up with that LMAO, anything to save labor.

Staff acted they did not care, nor was helpful. They had 3 lady’s working. Only one in the front and 6 people in line, then one lady ordered 12 sandwhiches. The ice machine up front was out and when asked if they had ice in the back I was told they didn’t have time to fill it nor could help me at the moment to get ice.

Ok, the food was good but a but thrown together. So hear me out, I know I am getting old(er) so the people working these types of jobs are going to seem like children now. I started working at a subway when I was around their age, I know how it is. But when a child/teen is working and being trained, they should be trained by an adult, or at least someone who knows what they are doing. There was a teen, training a teen, they were the only people in the store, and neither of them knew what they were doing with the subway rewards, and what should have only cost me $17 ended up costing me $35 because they didn't know what they were doing. I tried to calmly walk them through it(since I know the system) and was told that I didn't know what I was doing/talking about by a rude young lady..... I was literally a manager at a subway less than 6 months ago(I left because of an injury) and had been with the same comany for almost 20 years. But I didn't say anything. If they are going to have children/teens working, then they need to be trained properly. Also, the tea was so old it was sour.

We have stopped here several times over the last few months. Each visit they have been out of a variety of meats, veggies, and other condiments. The staff was not helpful and showed no care while making our sandwiches. They almost dropped my daughters sandwich. Instead of remaking, the employee just pushed everything back inside, torn bread and all, then wrapped it up.

Stores air conditioning was out, they were out of the bread we wanted, and no peppercorn ranch dressing and no ice for the tea. Lack of work ethic shows. We were the only ones in there yet had to wait 5 or so minutes to be helped.

Put in a mobile order. When I went to pick it up it had been given to someone else but said it was ready and they had no record of it. Then to top it off, they didn't have the bread, lettuce, onions that were on our order. The quality is a sign of the times, no work ethic. It took over 30 mins to get our order. I'll just start making sandwiches at home. The downward trend is not new here. But this is a new low. Don't waste your time going or ordering here. Save yourself the frustration, time, and money.

Since the new ownership this location is absolutely trash! I feel terrible for the employees that have to make sandwiches. If u want to call them sandwiches. It's more like bread with a taste of each item. My tuna was made with 2 tiny scoops, literally NOT EXAGGERATING THIS 4 pieces of spinach before I asked for more, 3 pieces of onion and 3 tiny tomatoes. The poor girl told me they have to count each item and she was sorry it looked so minimal. Considering I had diabetes the bread isn't what I should've had most of. These sandwiches don't look anything like advertised. Ive given it the benefit of the doubt many times and each time it's a major let down. MAKE YOUR CUSTOMERS HAPPY AND STOP BEING TIGHTWADS!!!
