Stopped by on a road trip. Ordered at the kiosk. Only one person was inside. He was frustrated because it took an employee a long time to come to the counter to take his payment. We sat down to wait for our order. We waited about 20 minutes. The employees were laughing and singing. I couldn’t see them from where I was sitting. At one point, a male voice said “order out”. Then I heard a female voice say “why do I always have to take out the order”. They continued laughing and talking, then the voices disappeared. We waited again. I finally came up to the counter. No one was back there. Then an employee walked in through the front door. I asked her if our order was ready. She asked for my name, then went to look for it. It was sitting on the counter in the drive through area. The food was cold and sloppily made. We were missing condiments we had paid for. This place is a mess and management needs to look into training employees properly or firing them.

Waited for at least 5 minutes at the drive thru speaker and never got a response. Thought maybe it was closed. There were people eating in the dining room. So I went inside to order only to be met by self service kiosks. FML if I wanted to work at taco bell I'd quit my union job. Finally got a human to acknowledge my existence after another 5 minutes waiting. And lo and behold drive thru is popping! Guess I'm not worthy of human interaction. It'll be a LONG time before I eat at any taco bell.

Taco Bells gelato treat was the biggest mistake ever ! First off the size of it was completely smaller than advertised and the texture was far from gelato and the price was a ridiculous FOUR DOLLARS. Don’t ever get it . I don’t ever write reviews but as ridiculous as this experience was is an understatement and Taco Bell should be ashamed

Every time I get the nacho fries after noon they are absolutely awful!, they aren’t even edible! I do not recommend getting the nacho fries here just save your money and drive 30 minutes to Sedalia for them.
Be sure to check the guacamole cuz it cost .70 extra and I just barely got any. Service is a bit slow and I really dislike the non-human interaction. Bring the ppl back!!!

Food was good but the restaurant was filthy. Dirty tables, dirty counter, trash overflow, soda fountain nasty.
We have been to this location multiple times and not once have they gotten our order correct.
