The drive thru gal can use a class on customer service, she was not friendly as in there wasn't any welcome to Taco Bell was a how can I help and while we were in line at window there was a mistake in a drink and she played like we were not trying to get her attention and when we had it was a rude I can fix it and get another one... Was here and the window was closed with no have a good evening or anything so she kinda sucked

This is a lovely new location but they reuse the teabags all day instead of making tea fresh whenever they run out. Don’t bother stopping at the end of a late night work shift for that cup of tea to get you home safely: it’s barely more than water by midafternoon so you can imagine the taste by after 10 pm every night! The sweetened version is even worse-it tastes nasty as the ‘starter’ has begun to ferment!BRING YOUR OWN TEA to Taco Bell!Next issue: The app, after a year of good service, regular updates, successful ordering, suddenly began canceling our order if we order on the app, and the cancellation also used my rewards points food reward so reduced my rewards. I’m at this location about 5 days a week for one or more hours. The cards are not the issue, though once I got the error message that there was a hold on my card, …but we each called the bank, and neither card, neither account had any holds. The charges were coming through then in a few minutes redeposited. Both cards, both accounts, multiple attempts to order on each card every day . That first day we finally went to another restaurant to eat.

As of September 2023, They have five big screens to self-order but not a baby changing station... I just changed him on the table which is probably not what they want..but we're traveling through and had to stop. Service was very slow inside. They had high chairs. Not sure why no baby changing stations?? The bathrooms were plenty big enough for them. Food was good and it was clean, but not super clean in the bathrooms.

Staff and food was good. I'm not sure how I feel about the kiosks. I used one to put in my order and decided to pay cash, so I had to go to the counter, where I was asked some of the same questions I had already put into the kiosk, one being about sauce, which was never put in my bag. Maybe not all the info put into the kiosk shows at the counter? You'd think it would. ?

Went in, ordered on the kiosk and waited for 35 minutes. We left with no food. And rude customer service when we asked for our money back. There were employees in the back just shooting the breeze and goofing off with a lobby full of customers waiting for the food. Terrible, awful experience.
