Overjoyed to come across this literal gem while passing through the Missouri countryside. The selection is amazing, ranging from classic pastries and breads to GF heat and eat meals, pizza crusts and waffles. Grateful for the clearly labeled items with dairy free/egg free as well. There are gluten free/dairy free cream puffs!!!!!Vegetarian options: Most everything is vegetarian, many items are also dairy free and some also egg free. All are clearly labeled.Dietary restrictions: Certified gluten free. The baker is celiac and takes it very seriously. She is also a magician of baking.
You simply won't find such high-quality gluten -free foods anywhere in the region. Support local small specialty businesses!

I just had the best GF pizza ever from River Bottoms Restaurant in Carrollton and I understand that the crust came from Chrisolyn's Bakery. Crust makes or breaks a good pizza and this crust was the best - soft and chewy like a glutinous crust - not the cardboard I usually find. I will be back and will be stopping in at the bakery, next time to see whatelse I can try.

The Friday lunch specials are amazing, especially the BBQ nachos! Take and bake pizzas, cheesecakes and tamales are some of our favorites. It's nice to have gluten free options that are delicious!

Great food non-gluten. Sticky buns fantastic and hamburger buns made great tenderloin sandwich. So good I had another for dinner.
Had a delicious lunch and filled up a big bag with gluten free goodies.
