My milk came in on day 2 postpartum and I was able to pump 3 ounces while also nursing on day 3 postpartum. I’m not saying that the lactation monster bars are responsible for this, but I also can’t say they weren’t. Plus, they’re delicious.

Absolutely cannot recommend cookiez enough! Delicious desserts and there are many dairy free options. I ordered lactation cookies, brownies and puppy chow. All delicious and very helpful for me and my baby. The puppy chow is my favorite so far but I will be trying everything on the menu! ?? Also, Rebecca is such an awesome person every time I interact with her is a delight!
