Passing through Waynesville and really enjoyed the food and environment. The staff was sensational, (Kamila, Cat, Laylah, and Delaney) and they were intensive. I’d recommend it to any family and friends passing through the area.

Very disappointing experience at Hoppers Pub. The food came out cold, the burger buns weren’t even toasted, and to make matters worse they brought out the wrong food for our child. When we tried to get it corrected, it felt like an inconvenience to the staff rather than a priority.
The servers were completely disinterested—no check-ins, no urgency, and no apology for the mistakes. For a place that’s supposed to be casual and family-friendly, the lack of basic service and attention was frustrating. Won’t be returning.

Just got home from Hopper’s annual Friendsgiving, always a festive, super fun event. Mondays they host Bingo with Mama Jo who insists everyone receives a raucous “Heloooo” upon entry, the regulars abide and offer an equally hilarious “Later Dawg!” when you leave. It’s the closest thing to Cheers you’ll encounter west of Boston. Come drink, eat and be merry with us sometime!

We stopped for dinner. They had a good beer list and I had an excellent plate of fish and chips. I would return if I’m ever in the area.

Staying in town for a few days while driving cross country. After reading reviews of nearby places, I decided to check it out. Great food, drinks and service! Also, tons of tvs that showed just about every Sunday football game. I met some wonderful locals too, one of them even gave me a ride back to my hotel up the road. Highly recommend Hopper’s.
