Went through drive thru and order my food and my wifes....when I ordered food for my wife and I asked them for NO PICKLES and NO ONIONS with mayo and chicken nuggets I get home the food was COLD and there was onions and pickles on the sandwiches THEY JUST DONT LISTEN AT ALL OR CANT THEY READ THE MONITORS THEY

It's upsetting how McDonald's is an American establishment that doesn't honor and give any kinds of military discount But if I went to a McDonald's in California I could get a discount for being in drag I know that probably stopped because I'm sure McDonald's isn't approve of it that was probably a personal owner of one of the McDonald's that ended up doing that
but at least honor your military

I would never return to this establishment. They're food is never fresh. Fries are so salty they're a health concern. They are rude when you inform them of their mistake. They will insult you as accusing you of eating food they never provided you they are not welcoming or good to their customers.

McDonalds in STR is clean and most usually has clean bathrooms. They will push back a bit if you ask them to make something fresh, and even had one person lie straight to my face that they couldn't do that. I explained that they told the wrong person that, b/c I had done it over 10 times before and had no problems. Suddenly she was able to get my order made fresh. Otherwise, eating there is nicer than a lot of other places in the area for fast food.
Parking: There is more than ample parking. They also have parking in front of the McDonald's for larger trucks and trailers.
Kid-friendliness: They typically are great about talking to my kiddos.
Wheelchair accessibility: It would be easy to maneuver around this McDonald's.
