This place is really hard to give a good rating, its by far the most inconsistent mcdonalds ever and im talking about living 3 blocks from one to working at one in high school to now this is the closest fast food convenient place to my home now..the food was inedible in the old building and when they reopened I was impressed..I stopped at the drive thru on Sat evening and it was once again one to two bites, got sick to my stomach..big Mac was dry, cold, and bad..fries were fresh...

The locations in this town seem to have quite a high rate of turnover. The management staff seems to do a more than decent job at keeping people trained. The majority of things that we have noticed are easily attributed to new staff members who are currently learning.

I got doordash. I didn't get the milk shake, called them and they hung up on me. Then refused to answer the phone. This was in Waynesville, MO. store. Not the first they made a mistake and refused to fix it.
