I dont know what they do different here but this starbucks is hands down the BEST in this area! Great service great employees just all around the BEST š

This place is chronically understaffed. When you show up to get your drinks after the time listed on the app, they are more often than not still being made or havenāt been started yet. The wait times are super unreliable. Bottom line - If you are in a time pinch, donāt stop here. They have quality staff that work here, but thereās typically only one person and on occasion two working at a time. Sweet employees, but they seem way-overworked and under-staffed.

I always get my Starbucks here because itās by both the highschool for my regular class days and the middle school for my summer school day. Staff is incredibly nice, and inside is extremely clean, highly recommended Starbucks.

Went in for my drink the other morning and the baristas were clearly not busy but they took 30+ minutes making my drink and didnāt even make it right, and when i asked where it was they scoffed and rolled their eyes and did not answer. Very rude employees if you donāt like your job and canāt be nice to customers maybe donāt work at a job that deals with people. All i ordered was a refresher and i know that it doesnāt take long to make because the night shift has made it in less then 3 minutes before. Highly recommend not going here during a morning because the employees are nothing but rude and slow workers. If you really want a drink from starbucks wait until closing because they are 10x nicer and iāve never had a problem.

HOLD don't stop reading or start slinging hate. I visited Waynesville MO Starbucks today, 6 February and ordered my fiance and I a Grande chocolate covered strawberry frappe, I am here to tell you it is the BEST Frappe drink I have EVER had in my 50 years on the planet.
While their stuff is still expensive, I could drink a 6$ one of these once a week. The dark chocolate and sweet strawberries are a perfect pairing with the little chunks of chocolate in the drink. Starbucks this was a home run.
I truly wish you would consider making this a bottled frappe sold in convenience stores. It towers in flavor and palette satisfaction over the caramel, mocha, and vanilla frappes you currently produce.

Online hours clearly say open. Two girls working and appeared bothered that I was approaching the counter. I asked if they were open- I received a very hesitant āyeahā accompanied by an eye roll. I said ok great. Then the answer changes to āit honesty depends on what you orderā. I proceed to order one drink. Iām told they no longer have that seasonal flavor. Ok, no problem. I proceed to order another very standard menu item, and asked if that was possible and I get another āuhhh honestly noā. Ok. I guess I will leave . Change your hours if you donāt want to serve customers.
Everyone here is awesome. The one in St. Robert has a drive thru and is on my way to work, but I always order from here instead because I enjoy saying hi to the employees.

The coffee is traditional Starbucks offerings with the phenomenal service taking it to a perfect place to get your daily brew. Every employee is friendly and professional with consistently speedy drink preparation, no matter the customization!
