This location definitely has lived up to the prior reviews. They are extremely slow!My bf is new to coffee and he wanted a black coffee that was caffeinated. I typically always place my orders online but this time, we went inside to order since the app doesn't show (or at least I didn't see it) which coffees are decaf or caffeinated.I get to the counter and I asked the guy which one of the brews are caffeinated and he told me all of them....now sir, you have decaf and caffeinated. If you don't know just say that. After asking someone else, we finally got the right brew and then I placed my order. The guy repeatedly asked my order as if he didn't understand me and it wasn't that difficult. It took 20 minutes to get two drinks. Two women were already in line when I walked up. Both only had one drink. 3 people were working....what is the problem?Now, this location is inside of a grocery store. Because I'm not from there, I can't remember the name of it but it gives you the feel of a grocery store Starbucks. The staff definitely needs to be trained.

Not very busy but they move super slow. Waited 15 min to order as they watched the coffee drip then waited 10 min to get coffee. Recommend putting in a mobile order!!!

please train your staff to make your coffees... new staff this time ordered cafe mocha , very bitter no chocolate taste. this was one of our favorite stops when antiquing in your area but will now go on down the road
