I don’t know what regional manager needs to come fix the drive through screen at this store but they need to get on it.As an expectant mom with a toddler, I go out of my way to this facility due to the sheer convenience of avoiding unloading and loading my toddler from the car just to make my way inside and juggle my order and child while in late stage of pregnancy.The drive through is so very helpful that I’ve become a subway patron again and the self-ordering touchscreen is such a great idea….if it actually worked.Unfortunately it restricts a myriad of options such as wraps, extra portions, certain condiments such as oregano, multiple drinks, the footlong pretzel, etc.I always end up pressing the assistance button to tell them what I *actually* want and they either tell me to just put the order in wrong and they’ll know the difference, or to just order at the window - pretty much undermining the entire agenda and putting more work on the already accommodating staff.Speaking of, the service has always been very friendly and obliging even with the extra and unnecessary challenges they’re expected to put up with.

Great value, great service and surprisingly busy. Solid food on the cheap. This is a great store.Parking: Small lot and store. When busy, parking is sparse.

Ridiculous. Ordered $51 worth of food in the drive thru and they wouldn’t take our $100 bill. It’s not like they can’t use a pen to check for fakes if that’s their concern. “Here’s my money.” “Sorry, we don’t take money here.” We left and went to a Subway that takes $100 bills, and they had to throw away the 4 sandwiches they made. Insane business practice. Do NOT recommend!Update: Found a subway that takes $100s, ordered the same thing we ordered from the 1st subway, but we added chips and a drink to one of the meals, and the total was $15 cheaper than this Subway!

Dear Owner/manager of subway in Waynesville. Please stop being petty. You charge upwards of $10 for a sandwich and policy is to up charge for a substitution of ham and add with roast beef or turkey. But you won’t deduct the cost of the ham…..Pretty Petty especially considering there 3 other places directly surrounding y’all. Which of course I’ll be choosing from now on.P.S. Jerome is the best employee y’all got down there. Completely unrelated from my aforementioned review.

Subs had very little meat, vegetables, all extras were thin. $20 for 2 subs. Subway ap is terrible, can not order on ap in the store. Next time we will travel to Jimmy Johns.

Stopped here on our way from Texas to Michigan. So glad we did! Fantastic sandwich, and fantastic staff! Who knew that we had to drive all the way to Missouri to find such fantastic subway workers. Great job guys!

In the end we got the sandwiches we ordered so I am giving this review 2 stars for that. However, I placed an online order for pickup for a scheduled pickup in 30 minutes. I arrived at the restaurant at the exact time when my order should be ready only to find it hasn't even been started yet. I understand it is the lunch rush but I can safely say i placed my order well before anyone who was in line at the time I arrived. I just want to know what the priority is here. Does the restaurant do in person orders first and online is just whenever you can get to it? I would like to believe orders are processed in the "order" they are given. Instead I waited an additional 15 minutes at the restaurant for them to complete my order, which may have taken longer if they hadn't asked if I had an online order because it seemed like they started after that. This also isn't the first time this has happened. Please let me know what the benefit of ordering online ahead of time is if it doesn't even get made until I arrive. Seems like I should just go and wait in line.
