We stopped a little before 9 pm (store hours show closed at 10 pm) because the 10 basketball girls on the bus wanted Taco Bell after a great win. As we approached the door the Taco Bell employees working locked us out. I've never had a restaurant do this before. Most of restaurants are very nice and take really good care of our players.

Now I don’t wanna hear it that this isn’t Mexican food. You don’t go here to have Mexican food, you go here to have food made fast with a hint of Mexican flavor. We found the store to be particularly clean and the staff was very friendly. The young girl noticed we were having difficulty ordering from our app she came over and asked if she could help. We wanted to get a rice bowl but it says chicken rice bowl and on the app I couldn’t make out if they offered any other proteins. She looked at our app and couldn’t make it work either but on the kiosk it was much more simpler. The frustrating part that is when you hit check out it still shows up as a chicken bowl with added protein of meat. That seems like an easy fix. Why not just call it a Mexican rice bowl and let the Customer figure out the protein or no protein. Anyway, I found the need to be Surprisingly tender although it did seem like my wife got more meat in her bowl and I did. It’s still a good value and it filled us both up. This one in Saint Roberts is much better than the one down the street in Waynesville.

Dude you guys suck. We just spent 50 dollars on dinner here. My cantina bowl had 3 small cubes of chicken no beans and full of rice. My husband's chicken quesadilla had barely any cheese or chicken in it. Might as well just give him a tortilla. You even got the hot sauce wrong. You suck!
Came in at 2:50 the floor was dirty, they though cleaned as I ate

We went up to do a drive through to order and we have two different orders and they said they can only take one and than we would have to drive back around and take the second and they said they close at one and we went and it was 11 and they said they wear getting ready to close

Kitchen person had to come up to make drinks for our order and left his prep gloves on as others working were on the other side of the kitchen area talking and not paying attention to the counter area. 2 people waiting to order left because they were never helped. Sadly this location has had ongoing issues it seems.
