Came through the Drive-Thru around midnight. Whoever the manager is who worked the closing shift on the 18th/19th of May was so incredibly rude we ended up leaving the establishment. Over the intercom she was immediately rude. She informed us that certain items were unavailable due to the closing process and we had no issue with this, but did not inform us that they could only make one nacho fry until we ordered a second one, and the way she told us this information was beyond rude. Eventually we said we did not appreciate how rude she was being towards us and we were going to cancel our order. We pulled up to the window to speak to a manager she informed us she was in fact the manager and we told her that it was completely unnecessary to speak to us in such a way. This was met with aggravation and swearing.
Whoever this manager is should NOT be in such a position, let alone intervening with customers.

You let a dasher steal my order and refused to re make the order I paid for. You must be dumbassed. Make the dasher confirm pickup before leaving like any decent place. Never ever will dash from this place again.

Ordered 4 burritos and 4 tacos and asked for extra fire sauce once the food was handed to me, and was told that she had put in a large handful in the bag already. I only received 8 sauce. If you’re going to raise your prices and make me pay $4-5 for a burrito and $3 for a taco the least you can do is giving me enough freaking sauce for them.

Order 2 steak quesadillas with extra steak and a soda with no ice proceeded to get to quesadillas with normal amount of steak and soda with ice although I was charged for extra steak. Also had to repeat my order multiple times and did not seem they were listening.

Got a to-go order. Staff polite, quick, food good. Rolla should take notes on not being skimpy on sauces lol. The cheesy potato had a good amount of cheese.

If you need to pay with cash just use the drive thru. I placed my order and waited 20 minutes. Finally asked and my order wasn't placed because I chose the cash option.

Service sucks! I feel like no adults work at night. The lobby is always closed early and the fryer is always down. The customer service is ridiculous with rude kids!

The short girl with dark hair in the back, very disrespectful and on her phone when I was asking for help. A lot of fowl language and even body shaming customers after they walked away.. Very bad experience will not be returning to this location.

I ordered over $60 worth of food the only game me part of it I asked for my money back and they refused just wanted my money back for the stuff that was missing if I could give a place zero Stars that's what they should get I contacted them and talked to two separate people who claim to be managers they said they put it in the bag it was not in the bag I hate companies that treat people and I hate people that steal from people

everyone is always so so kind, the people tonight were AMAZING SO KIND 2/20/24. the people on monday night 11/17/24 SO KIND AND AMAZING. brielle is also one of the sweetest people there. this is why i go to taco bell 4 days a week. I LOVE YOU WAYNESVILLE TACO BELL ♥️♥️♥️♥️. always will go to the ville to get taco bell instead of saint rob

They wanted us to order on the kiosk, but we wanted to pay with cash, so after I finished the order on the kiosk, we had to reorder it at the counter. They didn't get our order right, and neither of the employees that helped us could be bothered to look us in the face, much less smile. The only redeeming moment was that 2 other employees were out in the lobby were friendly.
