Got food delivered last night and it was gross. Asked for no beans on a Mexican pizza and it had no beef and just straight refried beans. A lot of the food was straight up thrown away. We paid $70 for this. On top of that stuff was missing from our order. Fast food in this area is horrible. Better off cooking yourself.

I ordered 2 Cheesy Gordita crunches with chicken and 1 cheesy bean and rice burrito add sour cream. One the girl working drive through was rushing me to make my order and two I got beef instead of chicken and no sour cream on my burrito which I paid extra for. If someone is paying more for something you should give them what they paid for……. I’m done going to the restaurant to complain because the manager doesn’t care. He will do and say everything to make it not their fault and tell you straight forward “if you don’t like it don’t come back” just sad we paid for the chicken instead of the beef and paid to add the sour cream and none of that was met. I’m tired of companies taking my extra money I paid for specific things and thinking that’s ok. We are all struggling right now so no it’s not ok. You probably wouldn’t like it if you paid more for something already pricey just to not get the additional you spent.
This Taco Bell location has the rudest employees. One girl that works there is always super rude every time. I’ve made complaints so I’m pretty surprised she still has a job being that rude to everyone. Horrible customer service!!!

I walked up to the counter, ready to order. After a min or so, someone noticed me and stated that someone else would take my order. After a few minutes, what looked like the manager came around the corner and saw me, and still no help. So after a few more minutes, I just left. It shows how much the manager, and employees care.

I don't know who's responsible for maintaining stock there, but about every third time I go, they only accept cards or exact change and they're out of several items. The nearby TB in St Robert doesn't have the same issue, so it must be store-specific. If you go to this one, don't be surprised to hear, "Just to let you know, we're out of everything but straws, extra large cup lids, and mild sauce packets".

Im trucker, so came here 11:00PM they said just drive thru for cars, even they saw i parked my truck front of taco bell, then i realise why they work for 2k monthly? coz lazy people cant help a trucker for food, wht else they can do in life??, nothin just mc,D, taco

Never open on time!!!!! Thank goodness there is a McDonald’s in a Subway next door that opens on time.
