Ordered online, went to pick up my order they stated the ticket won't come thru til the time of pick up, which I found odd because if u set a pick up time that is the time u actually want your food. However, I waited, was told pull up and they will bring it right out. That didn't happen, I had to finally physically walk into the restaurant and was told sorry 5hey are just slow tonight. Finally someone came put said they had told someone to bring my food out but the person didn't. She assured me all food was in the bag. I left got home and nope not all the food was in the bag. I called and was told that I would have to call the online order platform to gwt a refund. Which goes no where. So we will not be back. Customer service means nothing here.

This Arby's in webb city does not put as much meat on there sandwiches as other Arby's do around the area, and when you ask for condiments like mayo packets or other sauces they do not give you very many

When I pulled up in the drive up line there were 4 cars ahead of me. When I finally got to the window 32 minutes later I asked for the manager. This nasty short zit faced woman came. I explained what I had been through all she could do was give me excuses for the pathetic service! I will never never return to this or any other Arby's!

Waited in line for ten minutes and called to complain about the slow service. Jessica answered the phone and I asked her how I can get my wasted time back from such a ridiculous establishment. She lamented that her boss had only two people working and I could call and explain it to them. But before she gave me the chance she hung up on me and didn't give me a venue to reach out to management that may actually care. This place sucks they know they suck and they don't care that they suck.

My girlfriend and I came in on July 4th around 230, nit busy at all. She got the classic roast beef and curly fries. I got the brisket. The classic roast beef she said was very good. Curly fries was burnt to hell and the brisket was more like flavorless beef jerky. I had this same sandwich last week in Joplin and it was delicious. The girl atcthe window was absolutely delightful. Butcthe curly fries and brisket was awful.
Could use more help at the Webb City Mo location. They really do well with what they have.

Second time I've been to Arby's here in Webb City in the last few weeks and had a bad experience. The window lady and person who took the order were rude this last time and they didn't give us two sandwiches we paid for. The problem with this is we live a long ways away and the last thing we want to do is have to take the truck back out and get the order right. Also asked for sauce, didn't get it or napkins. The food was cold and gross we threw it away.

the beef and cheddar is always amazing. the mozzarella sticks were also very good! the curly fries weren't as fresh as I like but the rest was so good it didn't matter
Check your order before you leave. The last 4 times my orders have been wrong, in both stores, Joplin and Webb
