Your employee Kristen was on her cell phone with customer was at front counter waiting to be help an she was very loud an cussing out whoever she was on the phone with. Some of the other employee was in back yelling an fighting with each other.

Check your order before you leave. The last 4 times my orders have been wrong, in both stores, Joplin and Webb
Ordered online, went to pick up my order they stated the ticket won't come thru til the time of pick up, which I found odd because if u set a pick up time that is the time u actually want your food. However, I waited, was told pull up and they will bring it right out. That didn't happen, I had to finally physically walk into the restaurant and was told sorry 5hey are just slow tonight. Finally someone came put said they had told someone to bring my food out but the person didn't. She assured me all food was in the bag. I left got home and nope not all the food was in the bag. I called and was told that I would have to call the online order platform to gwt a refund. Which goes no where. So we will not be back. Customer service means nothing here.

This Arby's in webb city does not put as much meat on there sandwiches as other Arby's do around the area, and when you ask for condiments like mayo packets or other sauces they do not give you very many

When I pulled up in the drive up line there were 4 cars ahead of me. When I finally got to the window 32 minutes later I asked for the manager. This nasty short zit faced woman came. I explained what I had been through all she could do was give me excuses for the pathetic service! I will never never return to this or any other Arby's!

Waited in line for ten minutes and called to complain about the slow service. Jessica answered the phone and I asked her how I can get my wasted time back from such a ridiculous establishment. She lamented that her boss had only two people working and I could call and explain it to them. But before she gave me the chance she hung up on me and didn't give me a venue to reach out to management that may actually care. This place sucks they know they suck and they don't care that they suck.
