Hey Corporate!!!I have lived in Webb City , MO for a year now. Always been a Whooper fan but, on a fixed income so I don’t eat out much. Went through drive through tonight and it was the most most pleasant experience. From the young man that took my order to the girl brought me order. Both so friendly and I must add. My food was freshly made and hot. I will be returning. Please give this this place some TLC on the outside. ( Brand new coffee shop going in next door) You have a great crew on the inside! Thank you ?

Seriously Horrible. 45 minutes in the drive thru, with 2 cars in front of me in line. Drive to the one in Carthage, it'll be faster.

Anyone from Burger King, Please audit this location and consider terminating the operator’s franchise agreement. There are serious issues here that have been going on long term. Please investigate.

Very disappointing visit. We waited forever, our Dr. Pepper tasted terrible, our fries weren't full and i find it extremely unprofessional for the person taking our order over the intercom to call my husband pet names...not once, not twice but no joke about 15 times. Every other word was honey, hun, sweetheart, sugar and BABY.. not OK!!

I go for breakfast. At this place you will wait for your food 99% of the time. If you stop don't be in a hurry. No complaints. Just slow.

Not very happy with our visit. Got a family bundle and got home without two of the cheeseburgers. The 3 whoppers and one cheeseburger qe did end up getting home with were cold, soggy bread, and tomatoes tasted old. Booo!! ?

I've never had my order given to me the way I ordered it. Maybe one time. It takes a good 20 minutes to get my food because they always have to remake it. Lately I've only been eating here because I'm sick of evening else.

Manager, chasidy, was extremely rude. Extremely poor customer service, and unwilling to correct the issue once requested. Was rude to the kitchen staff while I was waiting to order and then rude to me while trying to order. No wonder this BK barely has any customers if this is a normal occurrence.

Too busy to treat me with decent service through a drive through speaker and too busy to make a normal sandwich. Missing some of my order and my cashier acts like she's having the worst day of her life with one other order to take care of. This burger King is never busy and I'm sure it is because everyone's fed up with the lackluster service. Even if the food is decent.

Visited at 10:45 PM on a Wednesday and the drive thru employee spent about 10 minutes trying to find the item I was ordering (I'm not being over dramatic) only to give up and tell me I couldn't order it... I told my husband to order what he wanted and I would get something elsewhere. She was very impatient after we waited forever on her. Upon getting to the window to pay she was hollering at the cook not to put 8x the item my husband ordered and we just decided to leave as she was not in any hurry to cash us out either. It seemed safer to just go to McDonald's.

I have been disappointed each time I’ve been to this Burger King lately. If it’s not the long wait time with no one else in line, it’s the way they always manage to mess up my order. I hope they can figure it out soon, this Burger King use to be the best.

The young gentlemen took my order promptly and precisely. The food was correct when we received it. The main thing keeping this from a 5 star drive through experience is, it took forever. After paying I sat in my vehicle for at least 10 minutes.

The man in the drive thru was really rude and kept interrupting. We had to repeat our order way too many times, it's understandable having to repeat it a couple times but it was way more than that. After we were done ordering he didn't turn off his headset and he said "oh my god" along with some other things that I couldn't quite hear

I pulled up to the drive thru speaker, no answer. Adjusted the vehicle position, still no answer. Waited for a while and gave up, pulled into the parking lot and went inside. Went to the counter and was not acknowledged in any way as I waited. Staff seemed upset and confused about the drive thru orders that they were trying to put together as they were cursing and shoving fries around. After waiting longer, and still no acknowlegement or anything, I decided that it's pointless and the staff are incompetent. I had to leave without the order for my family. Might as well close the store with this level of service.

Waited 15 minutes behind ONE car just to order. Two cars pulled in behind me and left before I was even able to order. Then was told to “just hang on for one minute”, 5 minutes later, I was then able to order. Not sure if it’s a staffing issue or what but they will only help one car through the drive through at a time. Not fast food at all.
