One of the only restaurants I know of in 2024 that not only serves fresh tasting food but also has extremely affordable pricing. They're humble AND they serve hot, fresh food. Hard to find those 2 combinations these days. 10/10

Our initial service was great. The food was great. I love this place. However, it was quickly ruined by a disrespectful employee, who began belittling and shaming another employee. This girl had been so kind and patient with us and even to what appeared to be a new employee. While waiting for our food, my young daughter and I witnessed this other girl back in the kitchen begin to say rude comments about the sweet girl that had waited on us just moments ago. Another female employee tried to ask her to be nice and chill, but she continued. Then she began to bang on metal, shouting "order up" very loudly and repetitively. I couldn't believe what I had seen. It's such a shame that this kind employee would be treated this way. I hope that this will be addressed to fix this issue in the future. I can't imaging if this were my daughter at work, just trying to do her job.

I went in for ice cream. And after I ordered fries sounded good lol. So I ordered those as well. Well I got my ice cream and waited on my fries and waited and waited. A lady walked all around with this bag in her hand, didn't ask me if it was my order. And the other lady at the register told her to just place it on the counter. So walked up and asked if that was my order. And she I guess so. If you ordered fries. I said that I did but I didn't receive a receipt so I wasn't sure. So she said we'll just take order, I'm trying to help someone else. Uhh rude!!! But okay thank you. Have a nice day too.

Custard was very runny. I thought it was a Shake at first, then I realized it was more runny than even a Shake. The young man let me know that the Concretes have been runny and asked if I needed a straw. I said thank you and tried it and ended up trashing the Concrete. I never do reviews , but I had to let everyone know if you want a Concrete go to Freddie's or Andy's.
