Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

Went to get food, got the number 7 and it comes with the ice cream in the plastic. Asked for a cone instead per usual as this is NOT the first time I have made the request. Girl at the window proceeds to tell me she can’t change it out. I asked to buy a cone then and again told i cannot even buy a cone? Like what? Yes ma'am I can absolutely buy a cone. This is 2025. You didn't even look for a resolution or ask for help. Because I know i can buy a cone. This is just ridiculous. Just absolute crap customer service. Not coming back here ever. Over a dang ice cream cone.

super disappointed. we go to the wbb city location often. tonight we paid with cash ($20) on a $9 and some change bill. when my husband was handed back a smaller amount of change back he let the cashier know of the mistake. She told us that we had handed her a $10 bill. we both told her that no it was in fact a $20 bill. she handed us 2 out of 4 of our ice creams and closed the window to talk to her im assuming "manager" who then came to the window telling us that she saw us hand her a $10. my husband and I both said "No it was a $20" to which she basically told us we were lying and that they would count their drawer at the end of the shift and call us if they find their mistake...🙄 the second girl that came to the window was super rude when I asked if we could atleast have our 2 other ice creams.

We go here atleast once a week for a ice cream cone. Tonight we paid with $20 cash. When we got our change back we noticed it wasnt the correct amount back. We told her of the mistake and she told us we had only given her a $10 bill. My husband and I both told no that we had given her a $20 bill. Another girl walked up the window after talking with the cashier for a few minutes and told us that we did not hand her a $20 that we had given her a $10. Basically telling us that we were lying! We usually have a great experience here but not tonight. Atleast they were generous enough to remake our ice creams after they let them sit and melt while they talked...

Generally good food unless you get the timing wrong which means you end up with some sit around burgers and fries unless you get fresh cooked, then it's okay.

DQ has the best variety of 🍔, 🍟 and ice cream that you can wrap your lips 💋 around. The blizzards are so yummy and tasty you're taste buds will be doing backflips for more of these delicious treats.

I went here a couple of weeks, and I saw the best workers in my life! The one girl named Joyce with the glasses from the receipt i was given was super friendly and helped me pick out what I wanted. I saw the girl who made the ice cream and she gave me a smile (I think i heard Joyce say her name was Alexis). The hispanic man made my yummy food! I enjoyed my food and ice cream! Will be coming back!

Got my blizzard but idk if they don't know ice cream melts but it does so filling the cup up past the top with frozen ice cream and sticking a lid on top doesn't rlly work cuz the ice cream melts and now im stuck with a blizzard I can't open without making a mess and I didn't even get napkins I already tried opening it and as I expected ice cream went all down the cup, all over my hand and arm, and all over my bed so thank you Dairy Queen.

Very slow on the drive through at 230 in the afternoon, suspect it is under staffed. Met with a you need to be patient. If I was patient I would have sat down and had a real meal.

Food was gross 😝 my backyard bacon ranch burger was RAW when I went to tell them all they said was it gose though a Machine that cooks them I even showed the guy it was raw like bloody raw.. he just gave me a Coupon.
For a blizzard.. might go for ice cream that it never again for food
