Will not be ordering from this Domino's again. The reason for this is their ads on Facebook. They make you feel like the store isn't clean. Also seem to glorify immorality. I tried to tell them how I felt about this but quite obviously they don't care because they never took down the advertisement.

So, I see one other person has had trouble with ordering on the app, and they received another pizza. Not me. I didn't bother calling the store the 1st time because of the time. This last time was the same, it was late and we had 3 hungry kids. I ordered on the app and got a cheese new yorker. I had ordered 3 meats new yorker. After calling in, they didn't even offer correcting my order. I'm disappointed and will go back to Papa Johns.

Unbelievable. Mr . Simpson and Taylor our delivery person were beyond professional! We’ve always eaten their pizzas and they’re the best! They treat their customers like gold, no matter the price which is cheaper than the rest! Mr Simpson deserves a promotion to the top! 5+5/5 stars. Such professionalism is no longer around. You WON’T go wrong. Imma an OTR truck driver not easy to impress. God bless this gold star pizza shop. Webb City Missouri!

We opened the box and the pizza was like this. I was refunded but I didn’t appreciate the GM telling me that this must have gotten jumbled in transit. More like the driver shook the dang box. I will never order from here again. Laughable that your company would talk to patrons the way I was talked to today. How can you even say you can assure me this wasn’t a shakin box of pizza but hey thx for the refund we don’t want a replacement of this mess.

Ordered one tonight and immediately noticed a peculiar smell. I thought maybe it was a special cheese blend they're using. Tastes like it smelled and we threw most of it in the trash. What a waste

OK, this is gonna be a detailed description of this eating establishment Gordon. The store manager is the most wonderful man that you could possibly ever meet. He understands that your food the quality the way it looks is top priority. He is very understanding about anything that you may have encountered with this franchise location The owners of the establishment as well our wonderful people I met them personally they treated me with respect always, and they have pride in making sure that everything is possibly done for your eating pleasure. I have lived in the area my entire life and I have seen the Domino’s , change overtime in Webb City. It was down by an old consumers before there was a Walmart right next to a video network store. I would ride my bike to go get a pizza. It was a simpler time, but the pride and unrelenting Gordon still makes his pizzas with the utmost love , his son which is a outstanding young man I hope soon has his own store so he can continue his father’s legacy. I believe Gordon has worked for Domino’s for over 20 years Gordon you are great thank you and thanks to the entire team at the Webb City Missouri location stay safe , stay alert and obey all traffic laws. And to the inside employees, keep up the good work and hug your manager regularly if he allows it and always remember to smile, wash your hands for at least 30 seconds take pride when you clean the store at the end of the night knowing it’s as clean as possible for the next shift I think I’m done here

I was told it was corporate policy that the delivery drivers now pull up to the pick up window to pick up deliveries. So is customers have to wait in line behind the drivers in line. Ridiculous dominos. Do better !!
