We have been twice. I come from a small town where catfish is a big deal and I can tell you, this isn't it!! We did enjoy the pulled pork nachos, but I feel like what you have on the sign is what you should be the best at, and we were highly disappointed. The staff? The staff are amazing, friendly, and attentive. The place is also super clean. I am sure they have other great options, but the catfish is a hard no from me.

My family and I had heard they opened a Flat Creek in Web City. We had been to the Flat Creek restaurant in Branson and really enjoyed it the atmosphere was pleasant, the staff were amazing to say the least, and the food was unforgettable! With all that were extremely excited to have a Flat Creek so close to home, however our excitement quickly died after entering the Web City location. The atmosphere felt the same as Brandon all old times and cool pieces every where. We met with the host and tried to obtain a table. They had told us it would be a minute and to please take a seat, so we did. We waited about 20 min after seeing several families come in and be seated right away we grew curious as to why we were waiting so long. My wife asked the lady up front if they had found us a table yet and she had replied “I just got in I don’t even know what’s going on but, I looked at the paper and o don’t see you on here.” After waiting 20 minutes we found out the guy I had set up a table with didn’t even put us down on the wait list. We then waited another 10 minutes to be seated. We sat down and ordered the food was amazingly on par with their Branson location so we started to enjoy ourselves. Until some of our plates didn’t come out. Weird but understandable to an extent. I talked to the same guy who had “put us on the wait list” and he treated it as a joke and was kinda rude about it. I’ll tell you this if we ever do eat there again it’ll be for pick up and not dine in. They did take 10% off our meal which was nice but still not worth the trouble of waiting for 30 min and having to constantly hunt down our waitress.
Kid-friendliness: Poor they didn’t even bring plates for our kids nachos after we had asked so our kids used napkins which was weird for us because the Flat Creek in bro son was extremely kid friendly and as a family with 4 kids we really appreciated that.

Flat Creek Restaurant is fantastic! The atmosphere is really good, and the staff are pleasant and excellent. The burgers and crunchy fried steaks were mouth-watering. It’s a huge restaurant with lots of seating, and the decor was great. Highly recommend for a wonderful dining experience!
