I've grown up in this area, been going on and off my whole life I know they stack the cheese and lettuce but today I swear there must have been a shortage of meat and they just used cheese to fill it. I get price raising some but you could sit down and get more then what you can there. I mean $3 for a 20oz drink is a rip. Same food from 15 years ago but drastically didn't service and pricing has gone through the roof.

I got a cheese burrito and when I got home with it, they had not even warmed it up. It was cold and disgusting. I called them just to let them know that it wasnât warmed up and she said well you can just throw it in the microwave at your house. I know that, but thatâs not my job. She didnât even apologize. She just told me you can throw it in the microwave or you can bring it here and we will. The manager needs to learn at least to apologize because it was their mistake, obviously.

The online ordering link on your website does not work. The website link would not process an order so I had to place one through door dash as that was the only other option. I decided to be nice and put the 82 dollar order online instead of backing up the drive thru. Then once I get to the speaker they told me I had to come in for the order (as I was forced to put in via door dash since your online orderint link does not work). I couldn't back up because there were cars behind me and in front. Once I get to the window they tell me come inside as they are not allowed to give door dash orders through the windows. The door dash link said to proceed to the drive thru and let them know the order (maybe you as a buisness should fix that). I walk inside tell them to give me the food and I left. This is the last time I will ever order Gringos again. I've gone to Gringos since I was a kid at the original one in Carthage. The whole process is so backwards and lacking in so many ways. Get back to the basics and do better because you can you just choose not to. Maybe instead of worrying how many cars are parked in your parking lot you can spend that energy into fixing the abysmal website. Yeah I am irritated I had a 12 hour drive and the last thing I wanted to put up with was this bologna.
Gringos was always my favorite go to spot for an amazing burrito and a cold Pibb....not anymore. Not only were the drive thru employees rude but the food was awful. My dog wouldn't even eat any of it if that tells you something. I won't be going back there anytime soon. Maybe that's why none of them are in business anymore....No thanks! Don't waste your time or money!!
