Orderd 3 chicken bowls 2 famous original and one mac n cheese, they left off main ingredient,THE CHICKEN . 30 dollars worth of food and you leave main ingredient out .keep giving theses places chances and still keep messing it up.the best part of kfc was the buffet that you cant even get any more.

I went in today to eat the buffet. They no longer have one. So instead i got their chicken nuggets. They looked so good on the menu. They did taste good. They were so cute. By that i mean they were tiny. A 12 pcs nuggets fit in the palm of my hand. They gave me 2 things of ranch, but these little things only used about half a ranch. They were almost the size of a black olive. And at $12, I wasnt sure i would be able to eat them all. Instead, I am probably going to eat an early supper because I am still hungry. Should have gone to DQ up the road. Just look at the pics. No i dont have an oversized penny. They are just that small.

2nd try and last for this location, can't get crispy chicken....ever! And last time I was missing 2 sides, this time they just didn't give me the 8 biscuits with my 16 pc original even though I ordered crispy. Why is there no accountability or a manager at this location? Garbage food and garbage service.

They are rude and try lying to cover their screw ups. 50 mins to get order. Said it's because it's extra crispy but order was original. When called out on lie simply says I thought it's extra crispy. And let me add it was a online order. Promised 6:00 but was 50 mins after that

Paid $11.99 for the 4 piece chicken tender combo meal and they gave me the smallest piece of chicken that they had ( as big as my pointer finger) a small ass bowl of dry mashed potato, asked for extra gravy and they didn’t put extra on there but didn’t have a problem still charging us extra for it….

I'm completely sick and tired of this location screwing up orders, I just did a delivery door dash order, left a decent tip, and had absolutely no issues with the delivery....... The order on the other hand is a completely different story. Ordered the $30.00 fill up meal, the tenders were miniscule (about half the normal size) and barely breaded, they sent Mac and cheese instead of the mashed potatoes and gravy (I hate their Mac and cheese, so I never order it), and then when I tried calling to let them know about it, they refused to answer the phone. They did pick the phone up and slam it back down one of the 6 times I called. I will be calling the store manager tomorrow, since you can't get anything but a chatbot that can't help with anything.
Food was good... Staff was friendly.... The restrooms look like they were from a horror movie. Had spider webs in all the corners.

The drive-thru clerk was not very pleasant. Not rude, but not nice either. Didn't get some of the sauces we asked for, which would have made the dry chicken tolerable. And, we asked for pink or yellow sweetener for our tea, and he tossed a handful of sugar at us and shut the window.

This store is just trash honestly the employees act as if they are extremely ghetto and the way the speak is disgusting food was all messed up couldn't get the order right until went up 3 different times they all acted like they were super high on drugs and the food was literally all either cold of barley warm you would think with how much chicken the cheapest protein that is being sold as the most expensive you could at least get it hot and made right but nope not at this location don't waste your money here just go else where
