Mac n cheese was cold and had a hair in it. Chicken was grey and completely soggy, soaked through and ripped the box. They didn't have any biscuits, but they did give us an extra mashed potato and some apple pie bite things. The girls were nice, but the food was ATROCIOUS. I've been disappointed one too many times by KFC, but this location was pretty bad. Probably won't be back. The only reason I'm not more angry about how poor quality the meal ended up being is because I had 50% on my app.

I ordered an online order went to pick it up, waited at the counter over 20 minutes. No employee even asked if I wanted to order. The only thing said to me is ill be with you soon. No employee ever came I never got my order. I was still charged for that order. when I called for a refund of the order they never gave me. It takes speaking to 3 people and then maybe someone will call me back in the next 72 hours if they decide I deserve a refund. This place sucks. DON'T ORDER ONLINE. and go with really low expectations......5 days later still heard nothing about my refund. When I called back they can't help me.

The worst $20 I ever spent. Ran out of Chicken breast at 7:40pm. The chicken was tough and it didn't taste like KFC chicken.The mash potatoes tasted nasty like hospital food. The coleslaw was dry. Used to love KFC, but will never go back.

If your going to change your chicken stripe you should drop the price of $30 for a 8 strip dinner the new ones are awful the sides were good

We got food poisoning from their coleslaw last time we were here, I know that because thats the only thing my husband and I ate that my kids didn't. I also cant ever go back after that superbowl commercial. Sacrificing a human into chicken.. yeah that sounds normal.
