It’s McDonalds. Not sure what els to say. It’s become more expensive and less in quality. Go to a local burger place for a better meal and spend less in the process.

Good luck working for this company. I worked there almost two months, HOLLY, GM is very nasty to employee unless she related to you. Her daughter in-law works there and other family members there.. if your an outside they will make it hard for you to work there. If.your not from HOLLY FAMILY they don't like you. I didn't think family member get frist choice on hour's. But they do. Only three ppl hours got cut down to nothing. But HOLLY an family members of her gets all.the hour's they need. HOLLY will stand there laugh about other employees to Avery and other girl, while the girl was walking out on break. Wouldn't go there for a job. Its so nasty in there. They took a oil trap.out that had nasty grease and sat it next to the sauce instead of taking to the back to he washed. The drink station in the lobby has parts of the ceiling family in the soda area. Made a call about it. If not related to HOLLY or know her family you don't belong there. Bad manners and manger. Very sad.

This is probably my 3rd-5th visit in a row that it was just flat out sucked. I run a restaurant and would never serve what they have been servicing us. Bread hard as a rock. Food very cold. And all I got was we will try to do better. This McDonald’s need some new management for sure. Employees were talking about heroin at the window as well. Very very unhappy and will never be back.

I went today through the drive thur and tried to use the mobile app from my wife's phone. All of her points seemed to disappear and it would not let her use any rewards/deals, so I ended up doing it through mine. It went well. Got to the first window and the associate at the window, earbud in, made barely any eye contact with me, no words, just a receipt and a shut window. No big deal, just irksome. I get to the second window and im greeted with a foul, pungent scent that is so awful I couldn't even trust eating the food. The associate at the second window gave a drink with no ice and the new milkshake with melted whipped cream. I got home and could smell the foul odor still and blamed it on the cup they gave me. So I went ahead and pour it in a seperate cup. I gave the milkshake a try and could still smell the foul odor. I'm unsure, but I think the whipped cream was bad. It smelled like the sewage smell webb city tends to get at night. Going forward, I will probably NOT be going there. I can't eat in places that are going to smell so foul.

I waited for a.long time at the drive through qith never any response, so I pulled into curbside pick up to check in. After 15 minutes I went inside to check on my order. I was told.they didn't see the ticket and they would prepare.my order and bring it out. It's been 20 minutes so far and still no order
