Why do you even serve ice cream?? Your ice cream machine is usually broke down or its so soft they bring it to you in a cup. If I wanted it in a cup I would have asked for it in a cup. Fed up with McDonald's.

Took my grandkids to McDonald's for a treat. We couldn't get in the door because five employees were standing outside the door smoking marijuana. Turn around packed the grandkids back in the car and drove to Sonic. I sure don't want my grandkids or even my self to eat anything from someone who is cooking stoned. This is a disgrace that the manager would allow that to happen right outside the door.

A bunch of mouth breathers. Can’t get an order right to save their life much less even get you everything you ordered. McDonald’s is a trash can of people working to make you just as miserable as them it seems.

Food is too expensive now. I use to be able to get 2 breakfast burritos and a hash brown for like $3 and change, now a hash brown alone is $3. Portions have gotten smaller and the lines longer. I wouldn’t recommend this franchise. Taco Bell you can get a breakfast Crunchwrap supreme, a large hash brown and coffee for about $5 and change. Sonic I can get a coffee, tot, and egg sandwich for $6 and takes maybe 3 minutes. Better options exist.
I ordered fries that were only half full. I got a McCracken where the lettuce was completely brown. Food was cold.

I go in to work at 1:00 am and I miss the late hours, luckily on Weekend night, you all are still open when I go into work, The night Crew are Top notch team, they are so friendly and such an improvement They tag team to get things done quickly and always with a smile, So many other places in Joplin could learn from these two Rock stars! Both this Lady and gentleman I see from time to time are the best, I hope the staff realizes how lucky you are now to have a good staff. Excellent service!Parking: Great team! Greatly improved

I've been to McDonald's many times, and I've always had a good experience. The food is always fresh and hot, and the service is always friendly and efficient. I especially like the Big Mac and the french fries. They're both classic dishes that are always delicious.One time, I went to McDonald's with my family, and we were all very impressed with the food. My kids loved their Happy Meals, and my wife and I enjoyed our burgers and fries. We all agreed that it was a great meal, and we would definitely go back again
