Papa Murphy's | Take 'N' Bake Pizza

Not sure what is going on, picked up by my wife, when we got it home very little meat (could only see the pepperoni), very little cheese. If I am going to have to add toppings and cheese to your pizza we will just go with the 10 dollar ones from the store. Time to hang it up guys.

I have spent a lot of money at this establishment and no longer will I do that until they can catch up with the times. God forbid someone makes an online order because they don’t feel like ordering the old fashioned way, it gets messed up every time. One employee even told us that it’s better not to make online orders because they mess them up. I bring it up when I go in there this last time and the lead lady in charge says she doesn’t know who told us that but they make sure to not mess up but long behold they messed it up AGAIN. And when I brought up what was said by an employee about messing up online orders he was standing there and wouldn’t fess up to saying it. It’s almost 2025, they need to stop living in the backwoods and get with the times and learn technology, online orders are becoming more common by the day with all types of businesses, get with the times or get left behind.

Do not order online. They always mess up the order. When we told the lady normally we come in to order so it isn't messed up she got offended and said she never messes up orders. Well guess what, they screwed up the order. I cannot have red sauce so we ordered it light garlic sauce. Out it in the fridge, cooked it tonight and yup red sauce. So the whole thing is going in the trash second time they have done something like this we will go in from now on to order. The guy who makes it when we go in actually pays attention to the order and we get the right stuff. One more screw up and we will be finding another place to n get pizza from.

I went to this location yesterday evening. The guy who attended to us was so kind and understanding. The food was delicious!!! I would recommend it to anybody looking for some finger-licking good pizza. Just know you do have to bake it yourself!!!
