Ordered online and was not satisfied with my “buffalo” chicken melt. The team members were laughing about my complaint in the background behind the manager on the phone - loud enough I could hear them. The manager was less than apologetic nor offered to resolve the issue other than he will “watch his team better”. He also argued with me over the fact that they “put more than enough sauce, so it’s definitely there”, but stumbled over his words once I mentioned that I have had their mild wings before and there is no orange color in my melt whatsoever and no heat to the melt at all. The meaningless argument proceeded and no resolution was made on my behalf. I was belittled and told I was mistaken. I received an over-seasoned, chicken, cheese, and onion taco.

I placed an order on 11/16/2024 at 630pm and spoke with the most ignorant lady. After she finally took my order she asked for my card information. I gave her my card information and she said my card did not work. I then gave her a second card and as well was told that one did not work. I called Dominos and had zero issues. They clearly did not want to work tonight

I ordered a square cut pizza delivered & this is what I got (see pic). Then delivery driver when he delivered my order makes the comment “nice outfit you’ve got on.” I’m a guy & so was he. I am NOT ordering from Pizza Hut ever again…..period.

Love stuffed crust six they don’t deliver in CJ anymore and we have to drive across town but the pizza was still good after the driver there and back so it’s worth it!

Ordered for delivery got a call saying they didn't have what we had ordered. We had called back to find out if another location would deliver to us and was met with a rude and hateful shift manager all in all very disappointing

5 star service here. Had trouble using the app tonight but Alejandra gave me AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE in helping me work through the app issues and making sure my order was correct and co.pleted quickly. This is our favorite Pizza Hut. You won't be disappointed here.

Did a Order online that took over 30 minutes to get here. It was door dashed to me. Worst food I have ever had!! The Chicken Alfredo pasta was just a big clump of cheese on pasta no sauce ice cold. My pizza ice cold with little sauce again with a clump of sausage. When I placed my ordered I was not told it would be door dashed and what was post to be here in 20 minutes didn’t arrive until much much later. Got a text from DoorDash saying that Pizza Hut is busy when I think my food set there an got cold and nasty ? want ever ever order from Pizza Hut again
