I go there SEVERAL times a week, every week. They are the BEST coffee I've ever had. I've tried ALL the other coffee places before Scooters got here. Don't want to go back. Was so excited when they opened up here instead of just Carthage. My daughter goes to the Carthage one on her way to work. She got me hooked. Staff is awesome and friendly. They get you your coffee quickly, with a smile and are very knowledgeable about their products. They have a very loyal person in me. WON'T EVER GO ANYWHERE ELSE ??

Went to pick up a drink BEFORE close at 7:45pm and the place was dark, employees gone- ordered in app and have no idea if I'll get a refund or not. Extremely dissatisfied.
