Terrible customer service just don’t come here unless you want nothing but frustration, guy with fake dreadlocks comes out didn’t know what was going on after we placed an order 3 times and each time they came out with order messed up, 3rd time we gave up and left, these employees are all on drugs.

I order online got there at 8:55. I didn't get the shakes until 9:20. They was melted. Even the ? was all the way down at the bottom. I only had 3 small shake.

My Order ahead drink order has been made incorrectly with the wrong ingredients the last 4 times in a row. I don’t know if there’s a shortage of workers who can read at sonic or what. You would purposely have to make my drink wrong that’s how simple it is.

I guess the definition of a strawberry milkshake is now vanilla ice cream with a drip of strawberry syrup that you can't even taste with no coloring to the Shake It Off and no strawberries! Was very pathetic! I gave it right back after he said he would charge me to put strawberry in it. Somebody needs to take the strawberry milkshake picture off the menu because it sure as hell don't look like the picture!
Jacob at the S Madison location has an amazing attitude, exceptional manners and took our order with the most care and attentiveness that I’ve seen from that location. I hope this finds it’s way to his supervisors, as he is an amazing CSR and deserves something for his dedication to service all while maintaining a positive attitude. The only problem I experienced was that someone yelled from the back of the store that i should leave a good review for Erica, I have no intention of doing so as I believe good reviews are earned, not gifted.

It seems like everytime I go here or any Sonic in general and order a cherry limeade with extra real cherries, they end up putting no cherries or just the 1 with no extra and still charging me for them.

Never had a bad experience with sonic until I went here last night to get a shake…. I got the new Oreo cheesecake scoop shake. I had gotten halfway through and stuck my spoon to get some ice cream from the bottom (it was a little melted already). Once I took a spoonful of that it was sour. I immediately knew that the milk was spoiled or something was off. This experience ruined Sonic for me and will not return for this reason.
