I didn't receive the coffee I had ordered so after about 10 minutes I noticed the employees standing around chatting I walked up to the counter and asked if they forgot "Lettie" and one of them said "No, it's sitting down there, maybe I pronounced the name wrong" needless to say my cold drink was starting to melt, I was not too happy, and I had left them a nice tip earlier on my card...maybe I'll start tipping after I receive my order...Common...
