Two times I’ve ordered DD from this location has resulted in crappy food. Don’t order from here!!

Lady was nice. I ordered a turkey and American on Italian and herb bread. Got home and ate my sandwich which I noticed had a weird taste to it but figured maybe it was just my taste buds that were off. Later that night I woke up feeling the absolute worse!! Pretty sure I've been food poisoned. I'm now so dehydrated that I keep passing out. I should of stopped when I tasted that it was off. Currently regretting my choices of choosing this Subway!

I’ve been there twice in one week and both times the employees were incredibly rude. I didn’t mind that they messed up on my order but when I asked them to fix it the atmosphere was very negative.

I want to preface this with, this is no reflection on the two employees that were working when I visited. But every time I go, they are so chronically understaffed that the TWO people they ALWAYS have working are frantically working to make sandwiches as fast as possible. The printer is constantly printing, they are running out of bread because neither of them have time to put bread in. Corporate needs to do a better job of getting them control of their to-go orders and letting people know what they were out of on their online ordering system. They're making it a nightmare for their employees to work there and if they only have two people scheduled because no one stays... I see why. Otherwise my food is always correct and delicious, if not ready when I'm quoted because of short staffing.

Last week I was trying to use the app to order a sandwich for their $6.99 foot long special, but the app wouldn't work. It just kept trying to loading over and over again. I went into the location and asked if they would honor the special in store since the app wouldn't work, or if they could help me to get the app to work.
The store manager and the employee working said."Tthere's nothing we can do."I said, can you call someone about the app?"No, we don't do that here" If you can't order in the app, it's gonna be $12.95.
This is not the first time i've had poor costomer service at this location with this store manager.So this time I decided I would leave a review.

Went at 9 pm (website and door both state the store closed at 10pm) and the door was locked. The employee working was wiping tables and just looked at me. No offer of explanation or even crack the door open to say "sorry we're closed for whatever reason" highly frustrating as I work at 10pm and went out of my way to order food here. Should be open when posted or have a sign posted otherwise. Very unprofessional
Really slow
At 310 today I made the mistake of walking in to this Subway restaurant. The older lady with a liver spot on her cheek who is the supposed sandwich artist had an attitude with the customers. She was tossing things around and her body language and tone delivered the message that we weren't welcome. She threw the cheese container after she put cheese on my sandwich. She rolled her eyes. She rolled her eyes again when I asked for more than six leaves of spinach. I don't know if I will ever be back to be treated less than welcome ever again. The biggest insult was when they looked at my receipt after I paid to verify that I didn't leave a tip. As if that would have even been a question. Horrible place.

Used the app to order ahead and they messed up our order in almost every way possible. From the wrong bread, to the incorrect amounts/and incorrect ingredients. For multiple sandwiches.

Totally messed up mg sandwich and when I called them they didn’t answer!! I will be checking my sandwiches before I leave from now on! Very disappointing SUBWAY!!!!
Fast and convenient, fresh ingredients
Put the wrong sauce on my sandwich. Yuck. You can eat at Red Onion for this price.
Not pleased at all and I'm gonna be blunt. Not sure what changed but the meat on the american club tastes packaged like the cheap stuff at Walmart. The employee making my sandwich coughed basically in the open while getting bread out, no mask. Should of left then, but definitely will not visit again. Disappointing because last experiences we're always good, been a few months since last visit.
