Tried to order breakfast at 10:30. They said they weren’t serving breakfast anymore even though on their website and app it says they’re serving breakfast until 11:00AM. This is being done by the store manually on their end.

We sat in the drive thru for almost 40 minutes. The workers were moving so slow. They didn’t seem to friendly and it was like they didn’t want to do their jobs. However the little brunette girl at the second drive thru window was a sweetie and kept apologizing over and over. Give that girl a raise for the patience she had!

Always busy and the team seems uncoordinated, but no complaints on food quality and they have Pepsi.
always slow af and still messes up my orders
I know they may be busy, but for one they don’t have enough people working and we went inside nb came to help us then went to the drive through, we have been here for 20 min and we haven’t even made it to make our order, I work at sonic and it’s neverrrr this bad. And we haven’t even made ever stall occupied. Very displeased
Who would eat hear the service was poor and rude the window lady refused to to make the food in order and forces you to do multiple laps through the drive through

My husband and I went through the drive thru and it was fine . We pulled into the parking lot to eat , and decided to go back and buy one more burrito . While we were waiting , we heard a worker making fun of another employee for being mentally slow . We heard the guys name that was doing the making fun , his name is Fred. This is not okay and made me very angry . Then When are food was ready he said the name and just threw the food on the counter and walked away . We still said thank you , and got no response . I am an AGM at another fast food restaurant. This is not customer service , and I will not be back if this is how workers act .

This is the 2nd time that I have come here and requested no cheese or sour cream on a chalupa, and every time is has one or both. It is a food allergy how can I ensure you will respect our wishes. Can Taco Bell serve food with out dairy? So far the answer is no. So sad because we have frequently gone here multiple times per week. Attached pictures, the receipt says no cheese 3 times and still has it.
