Tropical Smoothie Cafe

Today, two of my friends and I visited Tropical Cafe for lunch and a chance to catch up. I had been experiencing some difficulties with my virtual card, and Mattie was incredibly helpful. She patiently explained how to use it without making me feel uncomfortable or belittled. I was truly impressed with the excellent service we received today!

So I'm here right now waiting in my car show up to a girl telling me hold on so I stood there while she continued not break down boxes for some reason and another girl doing dishes came to me and asked if I needed help her and another girl were in the back prepping food doing dishes and I said yes I have an order she goes here's ur smoothie oh is there food with that I said yes a chicken quesadilla was told to go wait in the car for another 10 mins it feels like there's tension between the 3 not sure but need to work together to make ppls food take turns something and also maybe stop breaking down boxes if someone needs help it was one box she literally broke there cutting all the flaps off I guess cuz she didn't want to help me? Also there was no other customers in the restaurant

Thanks so much for the cold food ridiculous wait time and making sure that 4 people who came in and ordered after me got their orders first. I would sooner drive into oncoming traffic than walk into your store ever again.

Decent, but I’ve gotten home and realized my to-go order is freezing cold on more than one occasion, when it’s supposed to be hot. Smoothies are always great!

The food is fresh and delicious. You don't have to feel so bad about eating out, health wise or monetarily!!!

Vegetarian options: I do not eat red meat or much meat at all! Prefer seafood and fish. But do eat some chicken. The food is so fresh and I enjoy the sides offered.

I came in for lunch, they can’t except a $50 I mean I understand maybe a $100 . My total was almost $25 lol crazy sad way to do buisness . Won’t ever recommend or go back.Still won’t go back . There’s still people that don’t use debit or credit cards . All in all you still are going to lose customers . If you can’t make the change at the store there needs to be alternative way to make change. How does that look when customers leave after you don’t accept cash ??????! Until everything is digital ! lol I would like to see the number of people that happens to I’m just 5 months and send the amount $ .” But you are a genius . You own tropical smoothie “

Granddaughter and I both love this place. Wednesday is free small smoothie day for kids under 12. My granddaughter is always reminding me about Wednesdays after I pick her up from school. First thing she says is "Tropical Smoothie"? as she's getting into the vehicle. Better than soda!!!!! Try them, you will like them!!!

Delicious wraps and salad. Smoothie was great and the service was superb. Only ding wasn't their fault some guy though everyone should hear his conversation and the acoustics didn't provide any buffer. Thankfully, he left. The restroom was one of the cleanest I have seen at a public dining facility.

Food and atmosphere ok. Just be aware: During payment with a card it defaults to leaving a tip and you have to move it to no tip. Seems a bit underhanded.

Just left tropical smoothie in Webb City. Ordered $23.00 worth of food when i went to pay the young lady took my money. I gave her $50.00 and another employee came up and said we cannot accept that. I explained that was all that i had. Employee said "No we will not accept the $50.00. Needless to say you lost busness. It was'nt like i was spending 2 or 3 dollars.

caprese with kiwi quencher and jalapeño corn make my day EVERY TIME! LOVE IT
