I used to enjoy this place . . . but anymore it's just gone downhill. Interior is completely destroyed, Smells off as soon as you go inside. Kinda sucks because this used to be a hidden little gem but everything is falling apart. It's not Normas anymore and quite honestly I regret putting up a good review some time back because now it's a dump.

This place so far has been delicious. The prices are great. If you're not into overpaying for portions you cannot eat, this is the place. I left satisfied without throwing out or having to take any home.

Horrible customer service by the owner we get they were busy but we were seeing other people that had came in after us get there food and we had somewhere to be after we ate and we had been waiting for while and so we got up to pay for what we ate weren’t rude or anything g about it and the owner came up to us very rude like and told us our food was free after we insisted on paying for what we had gotten so far and she told us to not come back ever again very very rude that’s not how you handle customers it was handled very poorly

Food was decent. I expected the food to be good for as much as they charge. Coffee was barely hot. Was not told that fries were extra. The waitress didn't come back to the table very often. The lady that took my money did explain that fries didn't come with the burger my son ordered, but didn't apologize or even smile. The employees didn't seem happy at all. We will not be going back.
