Might as well just shut the place down if thats how you're going to run it. Had to go back twice just to get 3 orders of fries they left out and get home and the burgers weren't even right. I see why these grown men are still working fast food cause they'd never make it at a real job with that lack of work ethic and responsibility.

Went through the drive through and ordered a tangerine twist lemonade. They gave it to us and my daughter tasted it and said it wasn’t the right one, so I got the workers attention. She took the wrong lemonade back and poured it back into the lemonade container! When she brought us the new drink I told her that the other drink had been drank out of and she said so and I said well you poured it in that container and she said so again.

When you pay for 2 full meals. You should get everything the order comes with. Not half the order. Manager wouldn't even talk to me. Used an associate as a messenger. Check your bags before leaving the drive thru and going all the way back home. They won't hold themselves accountable either. Will not be returning.
I like their strawberry drink It was very good The chili's always great and now they have these new seasoning packets that are liquid that you can put in they were amazing too overall the food everything we had was amazing frosty's drinks food fries all of it kids meals everything

Ordered a 3 dollar burger and a drink that was showing .99 all day on the front window, my card was charged 6.91? I should have kept the receipt so I could figure out how I paid $2.91 in taxes?
